Our A/C stopped cooling the night before we were supposed to start having 100 degree days. James Salinas from To the T came out before lunch the next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within an hour for a very reasonable price. He also gave us some advice on how to keep our system working great and the best filters to use. He was professional, friendly, and great to do business with. I highly recommend him and To the T Plumbing.

Wonderful experience as always with To the T! The team is very knowledgeable and thorough. Just doing some of the basic maintenance and checkups is so worth it for the peace-of-mind...it pains me when I hear friends and neighbors who haven't done this and over time their systems end up failing and thus costing a lot of money (when it could have all been prevented).

Excellent service by James. Others wanted to charge for the initial visit, then came up with a$460 "diagnostics" visit, and used scare tactics to talk me into purchasing a whole new system plus annual maintenance service. Then one said "you don't want to spend 12K on a new system, I will just replace the coil for $3K", but it was a different brand. James came, diagnosed the system and gave me enough information to make a decision. I ended up purchasing a whole new system from To the T and he matched a lower price from another company that was going to save me $135 but charge me the "diagnostics". I didn't trust them because of all the upselling. James even replaced the filter for free and registered the warranty. This is a hassle-free, trustworthy company. Oh, and they are not one of those big nationwide broker hubs that commission others to the work. They are a local company.

I don’t know much about plumbing. Seth really took time to explain my concerns and options. He got me up and running on my most important items and provided information to prioritize future projects. I’m so grateful for the knowledge and understanding I gained to make informed decisions.

We had a great experience with Seth and his son. They were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. They detected a leak in our hot water line and re-routed the line to fix the problem. After providing a clear estimate, they were able to complete the work just three days later and restore our hot water. They worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. I highly recommend Seth and his son for any plumbing repairs!
