Excellent Service replacing a hot water heater. We also discussed, and replaced, the water softener which was older than the 13 yo water heater. Caleb was amazing. Professional, friendly and had all the skills for both jobs. I had a less expensive estimate, but given the very high level of service by Caleb (and Crow's team....shout out to Karen!) it was definitely worth every penny. Thanks Caleb and Crows!

Crows was the 3rd company I called to do what seemed like a simple job. Other companies never showed up or responded. Crows made an appointment and was on time! Luke called ahead of time and arrived quickly and repaired my water heater in under 45 minutes! Luke was prompt and professional and I would definitely use Crows plumbing again in the future. Fantastic service from Josephat. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything he was doing or checking out for future recommendations. I will definitely call Crow’s plumbing again and ask for him to be my technician if possible.

I needed my both my hot water heaters flush out and a commode kit installed...Brock made this visit again and was on time..he flush both 50 gal heaters and now I am good for at least another year of carefree hot water...he also replaced a kit to my toilet and stopped the constant running and wasted water running down the drain. Crows Plumbing Service is my go to plumbers and I suggest you make them yours as well...I promised you will not be disappointed. Good folks...Good People and will get your problems fixed...

The sewer line from my house to the street had tree roots growing in it in two places. One near the house and the other was directly under a 20+ year old oak tree. That's a big problem, but Crow's did an excellent job resolving it from start to finish with no delays.
• After requesting an estimate, David came out the next day. He assessed the situation and provided an estimate. In my case, re-routing the sewer line was the best option. He explained the process and the steps that would be taken to protect the tree and sprinkler lines.
• After I accepted the estimate, Dylan was out the next day to make some preparations and mark where the trench should be dug.
• The dig crew was out the next day. They completed the job in a few hours and were careful not to damage the oak tree's roots or sprinkler lines.
• Dylan was out again soon after the excavation. He installed the new sewer and got the city inspection scheduled.
• After inspection, the dig crew was back out the next day and backfilled the trench. I tested the sprinklers, and all were working.
• All along, Karen in the office kept me informed of status and next steps.

I wouldn't wish this kind of plumbing issue on anyone, but if it happens to you, I *highly* recommend Crow's. Everyone was friendly and professional. They did great work, did it quickly and communicated well.

Josefa showed up promptly on time. He was friendly and polite. He paid careful attention to my issue. He showed consideration for the cost but told me he had to check with his boss. Sadly the price changed when I talked with him.

I had called another company, but they didn't show up. So I checked Google and called a few more, including Crow's because their ratings were so much better than anyone else's. I see why! They were the only one who got my call immediately to a person, who was extremely comforting. They got a technician to me quickly... Faster than any of the other companies even returned my call! The technician explained everything as much as I needed. He was personable, considerate, and got the job done extremely quickly! His card is now on my fridge and they will be my first and only call in the future! Thank you Crow's!

I have an issue with kitchen sink logging; I scheduled Crows Plumbing Service at night and they at my house in the morning. That’s pretty fast, Juan M. came and diagnosed the problems and explained thoroughly to us.
He did the work, super clean, professional, and easy to talk to with valuable informative tips along the way.
I’ll be calling them for future needs!

I cannot say enough great things about crow's plumbing specifically Tim the technician who came in the ice storm and fixed our water heater leak. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and proficient very accommodating and work very fast and hard to get our issue resolved.

What began as a one water leak issue on my pier and beam home turned out to be a three-leak job. Josafat located and successfully completed the job professionally while keeping me informed throughout his work. He is certainly customer-friendly and did a good job explaining my options. I will ask for him next time I need services.

Update/Retraction: Two weeks ago today, Crow's plumber returned to my home for the third time. Second trip had been to address trickle of water in bathroom sink resulting from initial work done.Third trip was one week later in response to my finding additional leak and the need for replacement of section of kitchen sink piping initially replaced. Plumber denied finding leak and refused to replace kitchen sink piping he had replaced on the first visit, attributing leak to rodent damage. Something about his work not being warrantied and company policy. But again referred me to Restorepro for further work. The next day I had an independent plumber find the mysterious leak, repair it, and replace section of leaking kitchen sink piping. I paid less than 1/3 of Crow's bill and have not experienced any water leaks since then.

We placed a service request on Tuesday, December 23rd. Now, granted that was the day before the holiday, but the technician came out and diagnosed the tankless water heater, took almost $600 in payment, and told us that they ordered the part from the manufacturer for overnight delivery and would install the next day. Of course, the next day was December 24 and was a holiday. We confirmed that it would be installed the next day though- before we paid- and specifically the holiday. Not only did the part not get installed, but no one called us- nor returned our calls on December 24 or 25th or even 26th. We didn’t expect any service on the 25th because it’s clearly a holiday but obviously we got nothing. Then on the 26th, not a holiday. We got nothing. We called, left messages- zero reply. Saturday and Sunday the 27-28th- NOTHING.

Oh but Monday the 29th they have the part (yay! Not) They install the part it changes nothing. Then they say they cannot fix it. As if the 2 year old tankless water heater is defective. They spent zero time on the line with the manufacturer troubleshooting. That’s their JOB.

I WILL be disputing this credit card charge.

Juan was great. He quickly sized things up and knew the problems and solutions. He was prompt, friendly, and patient answering my many questions. I got the estimate in my email almost instantly. He understood the challenges and priorities of a home with older plumbing. And he was nice to my dog.

Today, Josafat G came to do the water heater flush. He explained what was coming out of the water heater. He also told me how old the water heater was and gave me a just in case quote for what it would cost to replace it. While he was here, I had him take a look at the kitchen sink/garbage disposal. He gave me quotes to unlock the disposal, replace the disposal, and to remove the disposal and replumb the sink. He said all options could be done same day depending on my availability. He was able to remove the disposal and replumb the sink that same day. He was courteous and kept me informed along the way and cleaned up as well.

Paul came to install the new toilet and did a water heater flush. Great service and great company. Very helpful and understanding when I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to other conflicts with the reconstruction from the water leak.

On another visit, they helped get me in same day. Paul helped with a toilet leak in the upstairs guest bathroom. He presented several options on replacing or rebuilding the toilet and helped with a recommendation for a water remediation company as well. Great service once again from this company and its staff.

Another visit involved adding a leak detector system to the water softener and coming to check the unit after a power outage. Always great service from Jonathan and the Crows Plumbing staff.

The front office is very helpful and professional. Jonathan replaced a water softener with a new unit that also has a water filtration system. He spent all day working on making sure the installation was correct and worked. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions. He also said to contact him if I had questions later too. Great service. Would use them again for future plumbing issues.

We have had many plumbers at our house for various projects and Juan proved to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Would definitely recommend him and Crows Plumbing for the quickness on getting someone scheduled and friendliness.

Caleb Floyd (service technician) visited our home today to inspect and ensure our water softener system was operating safely. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. I learned so much from him today. My confidence in our system was elevated based on Caleb’s analysis. This young man has a great work ethic and a very bright future. I would have him at our home anytime for any plumbing need.

Brock did a great job evaluating my plumbing issue. He found another leak, which we were not aware. Great customer service and great feedback as it relates to outlining the steps needed to correct my plumbing issues.

We were very happy with the service we received for our plumbing line leak. Juan was prompt, efficient and professional. The job was completed to our satisfaction and much quicker than we expected. Highly recommend Crow Plumbing!

We booked a next-day appointment through their portal for a relatively urgent plumbing issue. Received a confirmation that they would be arriving some time between 7am-12pm, so we stayed home from work in order to be available for this repair. By noon, no one had contacted us and the switchboard indicated that no one would be available to help us.
We have no experience with their plumbing capacity, but their scheduling process has something to be desired.
A week later they did arrive and managed our problem quickly & easily. Thank you for eventually coming out to take care of our issue.

Josafat and Crow’s were excellent. First, they follow up…we had a water softener installed last year and they followed up with us this year for our other needs like maintenance on water heater. We in fact needed a new one and the proposal was clear and the work performed quickly. Thank you!

Brock was here within 2 hours of us discovering a leak. He was friendly and thorough. Even though it was not easy to find, it was quickly fixed. He kept us in the loop of what he was doing, with good explanations of everything. We're very happy!
