Asked questions, they knew the answers and helped me get what I needed.

I am not a plumber nor do I know a lot about plumbing! I went to Morrison supply looking for washer machine valves which I had been having a really hard time finding, Ross Dahl was working the floor and took a lot of time to help me figure out my issue he was super friendly responsive and respectful it was a great experience!

I wasn't completely sure what I was needing (shocker) to fix my lines going to expansion tank on my water heater. The guy listened to me and looked at my reference pics then showed me what I needed. They didn't make me feel like I was dumb and I really appreciated that!

They’ve got our back like gravity. Parts? On point. Orders? Always tight. Attitude? All-time great. I’ve never met a supply house that feels this dialed in — it’s like they were born inside a water heater and raised by copper fittings.

Corporate may have changed the name to Reese, but the soul of the place? 100% Texas, 100% badass.

To any plumber within light years of Round Rock: if you’re not getting your gear from Reese, you’re probably lost in a time loop of callbacks and backorders.
