When I called in the morning, the owner, Jerred, personally answered the phone and promptly scheduled me for service that same afternoon. Within five hours, Jerred arrived at my home to address the issue. His professionalism shone through from the start—he texted me his name and photo beforehand, so I knew exactly who to expect, which added a layer of trust and comfort.

This is the 3rd time we have used Aloha. What can I say? They know what they are doing, they are personable, easy going....They installed a tankless water heater and water softener for us. Seamless install. Explained everything. Answered all of our questions. Just hire them. You will be glad you did.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Brendan Myers was absolutely amazing. Direct, to the point, knew what the issue was and recommended the cheapest way to fix it. He could have charged me 600+, instead he told me how I could save some money with a little work on my part, and ended up spending 225. Where ever Brendan goes, that will be my plumber. A+ Experience, if you call anyone else, you are doing yourself a dis-service.

Called and spoke with him. Didn’t have to leave a message. Set appointment quickly. He called before he arrived. Arrived promptly, and he worked quickly to install a new disposal.

It was a cold week and my 2 water heaters (WH) went out (no hot water). I went to yelp and called few plumbing companies with 4 stars and above. All of them told me that I had to replace the water heaters, which were in the attic. My wife had been wanting to get tankless water heater due to horror story of water heater tank leaking from one of our neighbors. I went to yelp and found Aloha Plumbing, which is local to Round Rock & Pflugerville area. After reviewing the comments on yelp, I also found their Facebook page. Jerred, the owner, posted some of past tankless water heaters installation. From those posted videos, I googled the product they use (Navien) and observed how many time they had done the installation. I wanted to make sure I got the company with good experience installing tankless water heater. I called them and Brendan showed up few hours later. He looked at my old WHs and gave me 2 options: replacing the old WHs or switching to tankless. I decided to go with tankless. The work started early next day (+/- 8 AM). Brendan showed up on time and started the work. He got the installation done by 3 PM and I got my hot water back. Overall, I am very pleased doing business with Aloha plumbing. Jerred was very responsive and Brendon was just phenomenal. Great customer service, no gimmicks, everything was explained up front. I particularly love the system they use for sending quotes for customer to review the job cost breakdown, job confirmation, etc. Everything was transparent. They WILL have my business for next plumbing job. Keep it up guys!

Aloha just completed 2 jobs for me: 1. Indoor: -fix leaking sprayer at the kitchen sink, and It was time for new drain inserts (not sure of the correct term), but my kitchen sinks are looking brand new!

2. Outdoor: Have been living with poor water pressure for too long! A new PRV installed, giving me great water pressure again! Yay! A bonus is that I have a much easier way to shut off at the main.

Five stars are not enough. Aloha is a local business that provides high quality service by experts in the trade. I highly recommend.

We had our new tankless water heater installed by Aloha plumbing today. Jerred was upfront, honest, did amazing work, all at a very reasonable price. We will be using Aloha for all of our future plumbing endeavors. You have a new customer for life.

We decided to replace our water heater before it went out and caused a bigger issue (heater was 25 years old and not as hot as it used to be). We called Aloha because of the positive ratings and the name. Jerred was quick, respectful and gave us options on a new tank water heater or a tankless one. We had done our research on type and typical cost and already had decided that we wanted the tankless water heater and His price was what was expected. He replaced it the next day spending 8 hours to get it done. He was 95% finished needing only minor cosmetic items to be done before he left without being paid until he could come back and finish the job. He came back a couple of days later and finished up the work and received payment at that time. We told him about a couple of issues that we noticed (had to do with our old plumbing and not his work or equipment) and he fix them to make them better. Aloha/Jarred is easy going, professional, clean and a great company to work with. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Mahalo Aloha for a great job done!
Jerred has come back to replace a water heater in my rental. Again, no complaints. He is courteous, clean and quick. He replaced the water heater at a fraction of the cost of what other companies were quoting. He also replaced toilets with zero complaints for his work.
If you need any plumbing work then I highly suggest Aloha Plumbing. I know I will call them if I have any plumbing problems.

Aloha did am amazing job, they fixed the issue and allowed me to watch the repair and explain the steps so I could potentially do the repair myself if needed in the future.

They fact that they are also local is a huge plus as we always try and spend local where we can. I highly recommend going with them if you are in the Round Rock area.

Aloha Plumbing is the place to call for all your plumbing needs. They are prompt to get you help and professional. I had great service getting my hot water tank replaced. Once they quote you a price, they do not change it even if they have extra work involved.

This is my third time using Aloha Plumbing. Jerred is honest and very efficient. He did an excellent job at my house. I fully trust him and will continue using Aloha Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. These days it is hard to find a company that cares about the customer and provides great work at a reasonable price. Thank you!
