If you need support in a crisis like I did, call this company!

It was Thanksgiving the first time, no hot water because the home I just purchased 6 months ago had an OLD water heater that leaked everywhere. That secret space under the stairs, the garage, the front closet. All wet. They gave me a fair bid on an upgrade to a tankless water heater. I am NOT sorry. It is worth every penny in my new master bath renovation to have hot water on demand.

This time, I needed a quick disconnect on a gas stove. I text Wendy (she’s an angel 😇 and a baker 👩🏼‍🍳 ) on a Sunday and viola…Monday morning she made it happen for me.

I thank you so much and I look forward to the job you are going to do for my dad next, on his kitchen renovation.

Support small, local business! They deserve it and you do too! Mickey and his team are FANTASTIC!

I'd called The Plumbinator a few years ago when there was a mysterious puddle of water in our master bedroom closet. They quickly found the leak inside the wall, fixed it, and all was well--for a very reasonable price!

Fast-forward to last week. We had water dripping into our pantry, directly below our master bathroom. I called The Plumbinator without a second thought. The guys came by, took one look, and said it was mostly likely the wax ring beneath the toilet. Since that's something I'm comfortable replacing, I declined their estimate.

But they didn't just leave. They gave me a few pointers (don't buy those silicone rings, go extra-wax if possible) and said if it still leaked after that, they'd come back ASAP to take a deeper dive into what could be a larger problem. But their own first step would be replacing the wax ring. And then, since I’d been a prior customer and this just took a few minutes en route to another stop nearby, they didn’t charge a service fee for this visit! I really appreciated that.

Turns out it was the wax ring. They were right. I got the repair done myself for under $20.

I just appreciate the honesty--not tryin’ to just make a buck, pushing their doing the wax ring replacement or cutting into the floor/ceiling unnecessarily, or charging a service fee for just a few minutes' conversation.

The Plumbinators' fun name is why I called them years ago. Their service on that first project made me a customer. And their lack of pushing unnecessary work on me this time has just reinforced that I'll be calling them again whenever I have another plumbing problem.

It's such a great feeling when you find a skilled technician for home, auto, electric, or whatever, who you can trust with the work and trust to bill you fairly for the work completed.

Steve and Victor spent several hours getting the best system to replace my broken water heater (same day service). The attention to detail was remarkable… they went to pick up parts twice just to make sure the fit and components were spot on for my situation. Never had plumbing service that compares to Steve and the owners of Plumbinator, and they matched the price of the best quote I had from other companies. Fair, hardworking, honest, responsive—can’t say enough about our experience.

The Plumbinator is the only plumber I'll ever use. I've been a customer of theirs since 2018. After the first service, I knew I had found an old school plumber, one with integrity who cares about the customer and not just money. They are highly responsive and prompt. Recently, I started to have recurring issues with my water heaters, and Mickey and his sons worked on them till everything was perfect. They did recurring visits for an extremely fair price, saying that I was a regular customer who is important to them and that they wanted to take care of me. Who still does and says that these days?! They are refreshing in this day and age, and I don't think I've ever trusted a business as much as I now trust them.

It is a breath of fresh air of Honesty and Integrity you will experience using this women owed plumbing business in Round Rock and surrounding areas.
We had an issue with a tenant occupied property where they experienced random sewer smell in an 1100 sf house with one bathroom. 2 years ago when the complete remodeling took place new electrical , new water line, and new fixtures were upgraded . They gave the remaining partial cast iron sewer line under the house to be in good integrity.
Moving forward two years to now September 19-024 we were scratching our heads what could be the cause of the random sewerage smell. We had 4 plumbers to come out and each offered different ways. Two of them said just rip everything under the house out at cost of over $12,000.00 and it takes us 2 days. Others wanted us to tell them which test we wanted them to perform! Like do you want a smoke test at $980.00 or a camera inspection at this and that . You got to be kidding me they are so called experts and yet we should say to them what to do!!?
We are older retired age too and they did offer a 10% off their deal too.
It seems like a big scam to go to as many properties and just see what sticks and collect money without really providing anything of substance.
From all these we get this company The Plumbinatoraustin from Round Rock two technicians arrived very quiet listening and looking not talking too much , inspected the drain system over and under and came out saying nothing they can see is wrong. They suggested to let the tenants be aware that during these hot days the AC is running more often and the pea traps may dry up the water inside of them therefore the pea traps need some water with a bit of bleach once awhile to block the sewer gas randomly get in to the house.
We were so surprised that the cast iron leakage was not there as the other 2 plumbers claimed . To make sure after the Plumbinator’s technicians left I got the courage to crawl under the house to verify their findings and sure enough there was no evidence of any leaks or smell or muddy wet soil. I videotaped my journey under the house and showed it to the tenants and my family and we were so blown away from their integrity and honesty in Business.
What else one can say than cheering them on to greatness.
PS : Two of the parties came out were from the Angies list it’s a words of caution just because they are members of this and that it’s a marketing strategy do not fall for that and search small family run businesses and first of all Read their NEGATIVE reviews before reading the other ratings.
    Cheers.

We'll never use another plumber after working with these guys. I was worried we'd need to replace our bathrooms after two separate leaks started happening. These guys came, drilled holes and tried to recreate the leaks but concluded that the leaks were just a result of excess water going through the grout and not faulty pipes. They spent ages with us and never charged us since there was no leak to fix. They even gave us tips to protect our pipes in the freeze and prevent them breaking! A really genuine and trustworthy company with knowledgeable plumbers. We will definitely use them when we do decide to replace our bathrooms!

Plumbinator gets the job done right. The crew is reliable—they show up on time, they’re patient, and they’re genuinely personable. They kept me up to date throughout the process and were flexible with scheduling while I sorted things out with my insurer where possible.

They worked hard to track down a difficult leak in my master bathroom. In the process, they also discovered an additional issue under my slab and made sure I understood what needed to be done next. They take care to clean up after themselves and are respectful of your home.

They work diligently until the problem is solved, and if something falls outside their scope, they’ll recommend someone trustworthy who can help. Highly recommend.

Not a Round Rock company, someone who barely spoke English from a call center hung up on me when I asked if they were actually in Round Rock.
