We called JustUs Plumbing because our water heater was leaking and my husband knew it was going to need to be replaced. My husband is an Electrical Engineer and would have done the job himself if the water heater weren’t so heavy. JustUs came out the same day and replaced it. My husband watched and was very happy with the fabulous job they did. We would highly recommend them in a heartbeat for their customer service and their technical ability.

We had a great experience with Round Rock Plumbing. Justin's attention to detail during our water heater installation was fantastic.

This plumbing company responded and came out the same day. It was expensive but so worth it! You definitely get what you pay for. The plumber went the extra mile and was polite and very thoughtful. Extremely happy with Round Rock Plumbing I recommend them to anyone reading this!

Tim came out and fixed my plugged up drain efficiently! He knew what he was doing, along with being personable and courteous. I know who to call in the future for all my plumbing needs. The bill was also reasonable. Highly Recommend!!

You will call Round Rock plumbing and get some other plumber that you didn't bargain for.

I called early on a Saturday morning with the knowledge that a plumbing supply store (Feguson) would be closed by midday. I knew that I had a water heater that need to be replaced, because I had replaced three others in the span of 15 years. Not many were actually open. Round rock plumbing was my second call as the first call to Crow Plumbing had me go to an answering service.

While Round Rock Plumbing, at least who I thought was Round Rock plumbing, was responsive and answered the call directly and immediately told me that they could be to my house, they improperly diagnosed this situation, which I was very skeptical of what they thought their solution was. And it cost me almost $360.00. The company that showed up was Fast Fox Plumbing Whose service personnel took a quick look at my water heater and saw a condensation on one of the supply lines. And ascertained that all of the water that was coming from the water heater was more than likely from the supply line. I've vehemently opposed their thought process, Because of the amount of water that had increased over two nights, and there was no active drip coming from the water supply line.

They drained the drip pan dry and I agreed to change the water supply line only because they said, if it wasn't the cause, they would wrap the cost of it into a water heater replacement. Immediately after changing the water supply line they saw that the drip pan was full again and was quickly able to find the root cause of the drip being from the tank itself. Then they quoted me a figure of about $2300 to change the water heater. I was in deep skepticism of their work and their ability to even properly diagnose the situation as well as be honest with me when I told them that the water heater was the problem. I paid them and let them go, and ended up going with Crow Plumbing whoI was very happy with. The cost to me from Crow Plumbing was $1850 for a 10 year tank which I don't think I would have gotten from Fast Fox plumbing as they were dependant on Ferguson Supply.

I don't often write reviews but decided to today. Justin was my tech and was very professional, skilled, and fast. He and his partner showed up within the 2 hr time window I was allotted, and texted me about 30 minutes before he got here. He correctly diagnosed the issue within minutes, and had it fixed and out the door within 30 minutes. Plumbers aren't inherently cheap but the cost was within the range that I figured it would be. I felt the cost was reasonable. I have saved their number in my contacts in case I have an unfortunate Plumbing emergency in the future. The van that they showed up in does have a different company name on it, but it's the same company. I highly recommend them.

We hired Round Rock Plumbing to replace a water heater that was on the fritz. We were greatful for Justin's expertise and speed in getting this replaced for us before a family gathering over the weekend. We really appreciate you for that!! We recommend this plumbing company.

Justin at Round Rock Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt in answering the phone and came out to us later that afternoon. Quick response and a fair price for our clogged drains. Storing their phone number in my phone to use this plumbing again! Thanks guys

We had a leak late in the evening and Round Rock Plumbing was able to get out to us quickly. They were professional, and were able to repair the leak before any further damage had been done.

This is just one of the few plumbing companies in Round Rock that offers 24 hours emergency services. This is great for our community.

Mustangs plumber was a straight shooter and took the time to explain issues to me and gave me tips and advice on additional maintenance I could do. Very courteous
    and professional.

Very disappointed with this company. My house was remodeled a year ago. There is an obvious leak in the master bath that has damaged wall and trim on our closet adjacent to the plumbing. Plumber onsite thought it was due to water run off and said we should watch it and see if it got worse. I am not sure what constitutes worse in his mind considering this was not like this 1 year ago. Its pretty obvious this isn't run off considering nothing in between is damaged. I don't want anyone working on my house that's in it for the quick money which is what I felt this company was after. was charged 150$ for 20 minutes of advice to watch the leak stating he didn't want to open the walls. Convenient it was at the end of day and he was still getting paid. Felt as though it was really poor business practice to charge someone with no work being completed. Much less ask for 150$ for 20 minutes. I will definitely use another company for this repair. No way mustang will enter my house again. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

3/24/16 had another plumbing company come out and they removed the trim piece for the valve in the shower and spotted a leak immediately.
Still have yet to receive a call back from the service manager at mustang plumbing. Other leak was fixed by the company that came out today in 5 minutes. Mustang needs some serious quality control. This is the first review i have ever written and I have had some bad service. This was the worst.

    AVOID.

Just moved into my brand new home on Thursday of last week, only to have water spewing out of the rinnai tankless water system on the side of my house. Even with the Texas freeze, we took all precautionary measures (dripping faucets, wrapping/covering up pipes, etc) y’all’s plumbing skills are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. We did not choose this company, unfortunately Pacesetter (our builder), contracts with them. Save your frustration, time, and money if you’re looking for a plumber- Mustang Plumbing is absolute dog water.

I had an appointment on Friday, May 20th with an I hour window. I was told when I made the appointment that I could have a 30 minute heads up or an hour heads up. I live alone and work as a registered nurse in South Austin and live in Buda. I asked if I could please have an hour heads up so that I could get there in time to meet the plumber. I worked throughout the day and was able to leave work at 3:50 pm. I called Mustang plumbing at that point to ask if they were going to make it out on that day because I had not received a phone call. The lady who answered said that she was just about to give me a call because the technician was on his way. I let her know that I was on my way home. This was at 3:53 pm. I arrived home at 4:25 to find a note on the door that the technician had been there but left at 4:10 pm. So, as you can see I only got a 17 minute heads up. This is very frustrating. I called Mustang plumbing and they said that the technician had waited the allotted amount of time and that I could reschedule for another day. It was very poor customer service.

This is the BEST company!!! Such great professionalism. I called their office and Melissa answered my queries and set up a schedule immediately. However, the day of the appointment I had an urgent errand and wouldn't be able to make it on the time I scheduled. Called Melissa back and she adjusted it accordingly. Their good office sent the most hard working, resourceful and patient plumber ever!!! Clay tackled the problem for almost two hours and tried all his best foot forward in fixing our issues. Not one complain and was very friendly in educating me how plumbing problems arise and what is the beat practice for future reference. He just left about fifteen minutes ago and I immediately logged in to make this review. It doesn't seem fair that their office has these raitings. Communication is the best practice and I presume the ones who gave a not so great ratings just had to reach out. I hope they didn't get the wrong office in rating their reviews! This particular location has displayed the epitome of best customer services! Thank you Mustang Plumbing! Thank you so much Clay!!!!

    READ BEFORE CALLING. CONSUMER BEWARE.
This may be the first 1 star review that I have ever written. We bought a new house, where mustang plumbing did the work, and we immediately had leak issues outside. We called them to fix it and the woman that answered the phone was very rude. Very.... rude.... They ended up coming out to fix it but they did such a poor job that it kept leaking slowly for a year or so but we didn't call again because it worked enough and we didn't want to deal with the unprofessional rudeness again.

Today the pipe that was leaking slipped out of the PVC fitting to the water main due to very shotty work the first time they came out to fix. SEE PICTURE
I just called them back to see of they could come out to fix the problem only to have the (still) very rude woman answering the phone tell me that it is not under warranty anymore, even though this fix was obviously within the 2 year window, and demanded we pay $325 for a trip charge... $325 to show up and look at it, not fix it.

Needless to say we will not be using them anymore and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

From start to finish, Mustang Plumbing did an exceptional job. We called them on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning. We had many things that needed to be taken care of, so it was nice that they didn't charge too much on what ended up being a shower head replacement and then a new toilet flapper. The biggest issue was a broken piece in the shower valve stuck behind the wall. This one took the longest because it was so old. The employee quickly hopped away in his truck to pick up a new part and came back to get it working again. The employee was super nice and educated me on a few things too.

Matt came out for a warranty repair and went above and beyond. Our home inspector noticed a gas smell in the attic and Matt was able to pinpoint the leak in our HVAC unit. Although it was not his company who installed the HVAC, he still took it upon himself and repaired the issue. 5 stars for excellent customer service!

They were recommended by our builder to install a faucet so it would not impact our warranty. We purchased a faucet and scheduled an appointment. It was installed in under 30 for a staggering $195. But it was done. Within two weeks it was leaking. We called, , they sent a technician out to repair it- at no charge. He only made it worse.

We called again- they sent some else out to repair the previous technicians work. Never disclosing that there would be a charge. Keep in mind this is within 60 days of beings installed. He came out, told us he couldn’t do anything and handed us a bill for $195. We were flabbergasted. At this point we could have purchased a new faucet and had him install it.

The lack of disclosure and transparency is ridiculous. Companies should be upfront and honest- this is not what mustang is about.
