Had a problem with a water shut off valve. I couldn’t fix myself. I walked down the street and saw a plumbers work vehicle about six houses down.(A neighbor)
I called the number on the vehicle and lo and behold. A gentleman came walking down the street as one of the plumbers. Kind, courteous and respectful is more than I could’ve asked for. Once he came inside and saw the problem. He told me that he had all the parts Needed to do the repair. within 30 minutes, he completed the repair with a smile. His confidence brought me to a comfortable state of mind. I’m so grateful for his commitment and willingness to help and I am extremely happy to live in a community. Where people do help people. Fast service plus extra work provided with a very fair price. I strongly recommend the services to anybody, That has a plumbing need.

First time we used JustUs Plumbing and we could not be more satisfied with the service provided. Chris was very professional and answered all our questions. He helped with our water softener and serviced one of our toilets. Reasonable rates. I highly recommend JustUs Plumbing.

I like to work with this company, it’s private and very reliable. The company did a plumping replacement for one of my rental houses with a very reasonable price and they are very professional on time and also be there whenever we need I like Dwayne. He’s very reasonably and nice person, he picked up the phone even after work hours to answer me and very responsive. I do recommend this company for plumbing related work.

Chris was great, got scheduled for same day service when my tankless water heater started throwing error codes. Fixed at a reasonable price and he even helped me with removing a stuck drain from a tub at no extra cost.

Initially Justin came for a water leak detection and was very thorough. He determined it was a drain leak and where the leak was. I scheduled a second appointment to get it fixed. I monitored the leak for a week after it was fixed because I had been dealing with this leak for months and been told by a couple of other plumbers from other companies that the leak was somewhere else, but come to find out it wasn't where the leak was. So, after a week and also some rain, it still wasn't leaking. Very relieved and grateful that Justin was able to find and fix the leak. He and the other guys were very nice and very knowledgeable. I think I may have found my go to plumbers.

My girlfriend Melissa had an outside water leak! These guys are amazing Alex and the other guys did a wonderful job! It was a hard leak to find but they didn’t give up! We highly recommend them!

JustUs Plumbing proved to be incredibly honest and very helpful for us. We were certain we needed to replace our old PRV and homeowner shutoff valves due to horrible water pressure fluctuations. Highly recommended! I had an emergency repair over the weekend. They answered right away with a call back in a few minutes. Karson who did the repairs was very courteous and completed the job promptly.

Water heater stopped heating the water. Tried to relight but it didn't work. JustUs arrived and showed me how to do the relight with additional insights to make sure the water heater stays lit. Very cordial visit and very professional.

Very professional service. Chris came when was scheduled to be at the house. He diagnosed my problem. He gave me options on how to resolve my problem. He and his associates dug in and repaired my problem quickly. I will keep Just us on my speed dial in case I have another plumbing problem in the future.

Just Us Plumbing have come to my house three times in the last month to fix a pool gas leak, leaking toilets and install a tankless water heater after a flood. All day yesterday I was trying to fix a leaky toilet water valve in my bathroom to no avail. My inability to fix it caused me immense stress and frustration which boiled over onto my wife. She told me I needed to contact a professional plumber ASAP so I reach out to JustUs Plumbing Services. I spoke with Dwayne and we talked for a few minutes. He was happy to answer all my questions but I soon realized I needed to swallow my pride and let the professionals take over. Dwayne sent over 2 of his plumbers Alex and Karson. They were extremely polite and understanding and got right to the issue/s. What I struggled with over half the day Alex and Karson accomplished in no time flat. They took all the time they needed to be sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied. My wife and I couldn’t have been any happier and vowed to contact them immediately if a plumbing issue arises in the future.

Just us Plumbing is the only call I my water bill was through the roof, the city said call a plumber because we had a major leak on the property. Chris came out and thoroughly checked inside and out to rule things out. He sent Alex out to do some more work and leak detection. They found the leak and repaired it, now I can take the invoice to the city.
Alex was amazing trying to give me the best price on work they did for 3 days, I am very thankful.
My home warranty (HomeSafe) denied the claim and the entire amount came out of my pocket.
