Justus Plumbing installed a whole-home water filtration and softening system for us a year ago, and it’s been working flawlessly ever since. They just completed another smaller plumbing job, and once again, the service was outstanding. Chris and Dwayne are always wonderful to work with—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. The workmanship is top-notch every time. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

On a Friday afternoon, my garbage disposal was clogged and water wasn’t draining. It was the weekend with the severe ice storm coming Saturday. I called JustUs Plumbing at 3:30 and Christopher Hilbert was on the way almost immediately. Chris was knowledgeable, courteous, and fast. He explained what the problem was and fixed it - and was on his way within an hour. I liked that they dhow a photo of the Tech coming and give tracking detail. A great company A+

I have used them twice recently and both times I had same day service, they were prompt, and took care of the issues to my satisfaction. Also they are reasonably priced. I’m sure I will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We love these plumbers! We bought a water heater from them a year and a half ago. They did a great job so when we needed a plumber for a couple issues we had in the house we called them. Christopher came out the same day. He was very courteous, knowledge, informative and found our problems. He had to come back, the supply house was closed. He came back and fixed everything! We would highly recommend them!

Alex (and Dwayne) have been absolutely wonderful to work with. During a really stressful time, when we were horribly overcharged by another company, Dwayne gave an honest perspective and immediately made me feel at ease about the path forward. Alex was no different! He came out to do several work items for us, including having our homeowner's shutoff valve replaced, and he thoughtfully explained everything he needed to do and would recommend, without trying to upsell. We had Alexander come out the next day when our gas control valve died on our water heater.

They picked up the phone the night before and got us scheduled in.

He called told me a rough price, picked up the part and got our water heater going again very quickly.

I called several plumbers for bids after my water heater died. My first option was to switch to tankless but after crunching the numbers from the first 2 bids it just didn't pay off. The last 2 bids were for replacing the tank. Pickell had the best price. He squeezed me as his last call of the day.. just after 5 and stayed until finished.

It was a great day today, Danny Pickell came to repair my leaking faucet which was leaking badly. He had to replace the whole thing. Upon arrival he went to work on it and did a great job in a short time. In my opinion Danny is the a great plumber with all the skills to do any job. I highly recommend him.

During the winterstorm in Austin, I was not getting any help from any plumbing service or even from 911 on time when a pipe burst in my patio and there was water flooding into the apartment. Pickell Plumbing managed to come within an hour of calling even with terrible roads and give at least a temporary fix to the problem. They also helped communicate with special operations who were checking on houses nearby to see if something can be done. They have helped me much more than the maintenance guys in my apartment complex. Thanks for your services!

Very very nice people work at Pickle Plumbing. I am glad I now know them. Super knowledgable and capable when it comes to Water Softener‘s and whole house filtration systems. Good communication, fair prices, and they serve their customers around the clock.

Had to replace my old water softener recently. Called Pickell plumbing and with their guidance I was able to complete the job with no leaks no issues and we now have soft water again. These guys were great and very helpful.

I called late one evening because I thought I had a clog in my pipe.
Danny (owner) was here that night, the price was amazing, the workers were very "Covid safe", they kept me informed of what was going on & showed me what the problem was (which was great because I never felt like I was being "taken" when I thought it was a simple clogged drain and they showed me it was a fully collapsed pipe up against my foundation and another crack by my washout that ended up taking more work than expected), and they were the friendliest guys who worked very cleanly and efficiently!
I seriously can't recommend them highly enough! One of the best companies and the nicest most competent workers I've ever called to my home for any kind of repairs. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, because they deserve them.

We had an issue with no hot water and called Pickell Plumbing. James Pickell came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, the part we needed was not available locally. The part arrived late the next day and James came out that evening to install it. That is great customer service!!!

Pickell plumbing is absolutely the best plumbing company. My latest experience (1 of a few) I had a broken shut off valve and a flooded bathroom. I sent a message and had a response within minutes that they would be here in 15 minutes. Hallelujah. Good,fast,reliable and easy on bank account

Danny and his guys did a great job, showed up same day to repair a leak with my water softener, upgraded and refurbished the unit, and replaced the old PVC piping with solid metal fittings. Danny is a certified master plumber, explained everything, was upfront about pricing and gave several options for repair. Would highly recommend.
