Called for a clogged sink. Pickell Plumbing came out the next day. Sent 2 guys that were friendly and fixed our issue. Cleaned up after and made sure the problem was taken care of. It was easy getting a hold of the office. Plumber was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

I highly recommend Mr. Pickell! We’ve hired him now 3 different times for different things. Mr. Pickell really got us out of our pickel (pun intended) during our home inspection period. He was the only plumber in Austin who would come that same day to camera snake entire house. That really helped us to determine the condition of the house plumbing. Then we hired him & his crew to do a major repair job before moving in. And since then, he’s the only plumber I trust to handle other plumbing needs from fixing a toilet to unclogging a drain. His price is fair & reasonable for the excellent work you receive!

Pickell Plumbing were very easy to setup an appointment with. They answered my call quickly and were friendly and helpful. They came out the same day in the early afternoon to fix a yard leak and had it fixed and were very open to questions and helping me see the issue (a bad pipe elbow which was leaking into the ground). they stayed late to make sure that it was the only leak. very thorough.

He has come out to fix urgent plumbing problems at our house on several occasions and does a great job and provides awesome customer service.

This week he replaced a broken water heater and notice the exhaust vent had not been properly installed when our house was built 20 years ago. Several hours and zero extra dollars later we not only had a working water heater but also no longer had CO leaking in our garage and walls.

Pickell Plumbing has been handling my plumbing needs for over 5 years and has always exceeded my expectations. First they are always on time. Secondly, they are conscientious in their efforts providing me with an explanation of what may have been the cause for my plumbing issue and how to avoid it in the future. Thirdly their pricing is very reasonable.

Recently, I called Dan to handle a shower that was leaking. With an exchange of text messages that included a pic he was able to diagnose the issue and get the correct part to effect the repair in a timely manner.

I called Pickell Plumbing today to make an appointment,thinking they would not beable to see me today. To my surpise the
Customer Service Clerk informed me, that they can come out today. The plumber was very honest, professional and well seasoned in his field. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend Pickell Plumbing.

Pickell Plumbing has always been there when we needed them. I had a back flow valve that needed immediate attention after a hard freeze. Not only did they show up quickly and replaced it, but they insulated it so it wouldn't freeze again. Their pricing is always a great value. We will always call him as my only go to plumber.

Our water pressure was low which turned out to be an issue with the water softener. I looked online for plumbers who dealt specifically with water softeners and chose Pickell Plumbing because of the high reviews. Danny came out the same day and explained my options and answered all of my questions…and I had a lot because I really don’t understand water softeners. He installed a new water softener, fixed the toilets which were making weird noises and even replaced a bathroom faucet that we bought but never got around to installing. He and his employees were very friendly and I’m happy with the work they did. I’ll definitely call him again if I have any plumbing issues and highly recommend him to others.

Pickell Plumbing always comes through for all of my plumbing needs. Danny helped us replace a toilet even though it was very late in. The day and he could have easily rescheduled with us. I never have any problems after Danny services our home - once it’s fixed, the problem is solved.

Austin has never seen weather like this and Pickle Plumbing was able to come out same day and help me during a pipe burst. They have been out 12+ hours helping people in need!! Professional, amazing communication, on time, and caring!! I would definitely refer them to friends/family and will be a repeat customer!!

Edit: while Pickle was here I had them look at my shower to see if it was something they could repair at a later time. He said it was an easy fix and he could come back out in a few days to fix it. He included the repair in my current bill with the burst pipe and said it was discounted in exchange for google review. Called the tech several times and his wife and they never showed back up to fix the shower. Removed a star.

We were having work done on our house and the other guys accidentally drilled into a pipe in the foundation. We had no idea what to do. I started calling plumbers with either no response or they were booked at least a week out. I saw all of Pickell Plumbings great reviews, I don't know why they didn't popup in my results sooner. I called them, spoke with someone right away and felt relieved I could get this really bad leak taken care of asap. I am so impressed and happy with Pickell Plumbing. Steven and Devon were about to come out fast and fix our busted pipe. They had to work really hard and get access to it in our foundation. They repaired it excellent and we had water again right after. They were fast, honest, and very reasonable with pricing. Thank you again, you guys rock!

Pickell participated in our annual Get Outdoors Hutto event as a volunteer to teach our campers about fishing. He was very knowledgeable and was hands on with our participants. Pickell provided the opportunity for our campers to fish and it was a great experience. I was very happy to have Pickell as a part of our event and would be happy to have him in the future!
