I needed plumbing services today. I called several plumbing companies and could not get services today I called Roto-Rooter and Alex arrived a couple of hours later. I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Alex. He is very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. The job was completed perfectly and I am very pleased. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I called Roto Rooter in a bit of a panic because of a clog in the main sewer line. They were able to send someone out quickly to address the issue. Alexis arrived and went over everything with me, what he would be doing and the cost. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and he made sure that all sinks, tubs, toilets, and showers were draining freely. I appreciate his knowledge and how helpful he was. I recommend Roto Rooter and know that you are in good hands if Alexis shows up.

We had an amazing experience with our tech Thomas R. I called Roto-Rooter early in the morning when we suddenly lost all hot water and they were able to get someone out to us quickly. Thomas was able to remove and completely replace our old water heater on the same day and was extremely hard working and accommodating. He left our water closet very clean and organized and walked us through any questions we had. I even sent a message later in the night with a follow up question and he responded promptly to help. Seriously happy with our service!

Alexis came out within an hour and answered a million questions for me. He made certain the issue was resolved as fully as possible. He even called his supervisor to confirm pricing on a future procedure if needed. We talked about future maintenance and various options for preventing future issues. He was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Came home after weeks away to a leaky sink and a backed up toilet. I made an appt online and Roto-Rooter had technicians at my house within 1.5 hrs. I loved that I could do all of this via web and text, while working.

Then once Alexis fixed the emergency, Peter came shortly after to go over preventative measures going forward.. literally all done within 1.5 hours! Our heroes!

Exceptional Service During a Real Emergency

This past Sunday morning, I faced a serious plumbing emergency that left me completely overwhelmed. I called multiple companies, and none were able to come out right away — until I reached Roto-Rooter. From the first call, the team was incredibly responsive. Carlos from the office staff even came to my home personally to assess the issue and quickly got in touch with one of their plumbers.

That's when Marc arrived — and I truly cannot say enough about him. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He was understanding, knowledgeable, and acted with urgency and professionalism. As a homeowner with limited experience in home repairs, I need a company that values integrity, transparency, and fair pricing — and that’s exactly what I found with Roto-Rooter.

Alexis was very professional, very knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen sink obstruction quickly and efficiently.

Very poor experience with RR Restoration and Damage Team. Project Mgr David Escobar was incredibly unresponsive, and pressured us to have work done/parts of our home damaged, without insurance oversight or need. This combined with a “pushy referral” to his construction/rebuild partners left a bad and shady experience overall. Not sure if he gets a kickback on business referred, but that’s how it felt.

Our Adjustor went 2 weeks without any response from David or his team. When I finally escalated to his manager Josh, we were able to get the packet out. but then our Adjustor informed us that the info provided by RR and David, had conflicting information and scope of work completed was not required, and due to this the claim was declined. I’ve since tried to escalate to Josh, and have had zero response back.

Terrible overall experience + thousands out of pocket for repairs that were not needed. Will use a local company in the future and direct all my friends and family to avoid Roto Rooter

Alexis was very polite, professional, and on time and explained everything that was to be done before it was initiated.

Jeremy was professional and courteous. He showed up on time to replace my garbage disposal. He completed the job very quickly! He was very sweet with my small dog! I was pleased with everything but the cost. It was a little more than I expected to pay.

Alexis was quick, efficient, and got straight to work. Had us all fixed up within the hour! Appreciate the little tidbits of wisdom as well when explaining the process.
