We had an emergency on Christmas day and they were able to dispatch a crew member out within the hour of me calling. The next day they found the root of the problem and the day after that they began work to repair the problem. The crew and manager Patrick did an amazing job. Great communication and timeliness. I am very pleased with the finished job and am so grateful for Roto Rooter for saving the day. Thank you again for being so understanding of a sensitive situation.

Alex was amazing, he did a great job. Gave us a few recommendations on how to maintain our showers. The person we set up the appointment with on the phone, keep us updated on the arrival time. Alex showed up right on time. Took care of our issues with in mins. Service was awesome. I would highly recommend Alex and his company.

We had a bathroom faucet spraying water and it would not shut off totally. It was Labor Day weekend and they were booked but they worked us in on a Saturday so we could get it fixed w/o extra fees for holiday!!! So grateful to them! This is a Family owned business! Give them a call!

This company is top notch, we had a water leak on a Friday late afternoon, they came out on Saturday morning they were able to find our water line direction me and my husband worked on busting up the concrete driveway (which was our choice to save a little money)and we were able to find the source of the leak. We called the company back and let them know what we found out they came back out on Monday mid morning and worked until after 6:00 pm they did a great job fixing and rerouting the water line the way that we wanted it the guys that came out were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. They also kept us updated on everything they were doing through text messages which we were very happy about.

Nick came out and got straight to work. Capped gas and water for pool demo in approx. 45 minutes. Finished and made sure it looked like nothing ever happened. Great job.

I had tried to fix a break in the main water line from the meter to my house twice, and each time I pressurized it, my repair job leaked. I was buying more parts at a plumbing supply store to try a third time, and Scott from Spot-On Plumbing overheard me talking about it. He said he could squeeze me in in a couple of hours to crimp in a connection, and gave me a price right there in the store. They came and repaired it, saving me from having to waste the rest of my weekend messing with it.

We’ve used Spot On Plumbing several times. Scott is always very responsive. Price is competitive with quality work! On this project, he is running a gas line for our new standby generator. Couldn’t be happier!

Water heater went out - they came out super quickly- helped set up mitigation and dry out as well as reconstruction of badly damaged water heater closet and put in new water heater. Excellent communication and super friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
