Nick was great, he was punctual, professional, and very efficient and effective and checking our gas lines and install our new range. He was even thoughtful enough to give us a discount when the work wasn't as extensive as was initially planned. I would certainly recommend Spot-On Plumbing for anyone needing plumbing work in the Round Rock area.

Spot-On Plumbing did a great job with our toilet drain pipe repair which included foundation work to get to the drain pipe. Almost all the work was pretty much done in one day. Very professional, communicated well and did a great job protecting our floors and keeping the dust to a minimum. We will definitely be calling them again for all plumbing services.

Nick was on time, efficient, and gave us excellent service. Other companies gave us a time window of 8 hours, and Spot-On gave a 2 hour time window the same day. They unclogged our main sewer drain and the price never increased beyond what was quoted, which I appreciate. I will absolutely call here again if we need anything!

During this current winter weather we had a pipe burst. We only discovered it at 4pm on Monday. We started calling plumbers and received a lot of recorded messages. Several could come in two to three days. We were without water and because we had to shut the water off quickly, we had no water saved in the tubs or in pitchers. The phone at Spot-on Plumbing was answered by a real person! She was able to send Scott, a master plumber, within one hour. Scott arrived, fixed our immediate problem and got our water turned back on. Scott was so professional and we really appreciate the fact that he was willing to brave the bad roads and severe cold to come to our rescue. We were dreading going through the night, or longer, without water. Spot-on Plumbing will be our plumber from now on. Thank you Scott!

Once again my old geiser of a house failed me and I knew if I called Spot On Plumbing they would help! They sent Nick out for a busted pipe and he was able to fix both leaks for me with an amazing attitude and communicated with me every step of the way on what they did. Spot on plumbing has done such an amazing job for us! We needed all of our Water line valves replaced and they were so kind and even did a bundle discount for a larger job! Very professional and a job well done .

My whole house sewer backed up on a Saturday and a Spot on tech was able to come out within a couple of hours and got it working again. Unfortunately it appeared I had a break in my line in an unusual place. The owner came out on Sunday morning to confirm and further diagnose at no charge. The break is as deep underground and close to the city line. Very expensive to repair. $10,000 or more. He thought I might be able to get the city to repair. I called the city and they determined it was the cities responsibility and had it fixed the next morning. I appreciate the speed and honesty from Spot On, they are on my call list for the next time I need a plumber.

Lorenzo did an outstanding job fixing the water pressure at small business. He took his time to thoroughly investigate the issue we were having (fixtures bursting), and was able to narrow down a few quotes for me from simplest job to more complicated job depending on their findings after uncovering the pipes underground. Other plumbing companies I received quotes from did not even consider other options and alternative fixes that could have saved us from our issue!

Scott is a master plumber and really helped us out. Amy runs the office and Lorenzo was our lead tech installing a new hybrid 80 gallon water heater. The team was professional and knowledgeable. Other companies tried to upsell us to tankless and said the largest tank water heater we could get was 50 gallons. Scott told us we could get an 80 gallon and even helped us get tax rebates. They offer 0 interest financing too if you have decent credit. Anyway, we will use them again and highly recommend. Thanks all!

I’ve been dealing with a low pressure symptom for some time. I was very happy to find out it wasn’t a leak. The house is between 10 and 15 years old. PRV went bad. To be honest, it’s been bad for a while. I called around 330 on a Friday. Matt showed up a little after 4. He was able to quickly diagnose the main issue. Got to work right then and had the job finished in just a few hours. I felt the price was fair. They even have decent financing options. Thank you for doing quality work.

Had my kitchen sink fixed today. Finally! Matt and Geo were so nice and informative. I had other plumbing projects and they offered different options so that I was able to plan and get things done. For the past week or so, owner Scott has been most helpful by phone and text as well. We've never met before either. We ended up ordering a part and it was installed today. Great service, great company. Will use for future work.

Exceptionally kind, professional, courteous. If you’re reading this review and you see that I paid over $1000 don’t be alarmed. The old toilet leaked at the wax seal and there were repairs to do to the sub flooring area. The upfront quote was exactly what I paid - no surprises, no drama. Yes Spot-on Plumbing is the only plumbers I’m putting in my contact list. Yes, I highly recommend them. Hire them to do any work.you need.

I had an awesome experience with Spot-On. I called for a struggling toilet that was clearly backed up and not flushing efficiently. I was lucky that I got same-day service. Amy helped schedule over the phone and Matt was there an hour or two later. He explained what was going on, how he was going to approach it, and resolved the issue quickly with clear communication. He explained pricing along the way so there were no surprises as well. If you need anything done in this space, I'd 100% recommend Spot-On as a family-owned company that gets stuff done in a trustworthy and communicative way.

So today was another job well done from Spot-On Plumbing. This time a new commode was installed. The guys were great and did a good job-clean lines and everything in working order. My wife is very happy. She loves how they put new shoe covers on each time they come into the house. She was concerned we weren't going to be able to keep the appointment because of a snafu on our part, but they were able to move forward and now the new fixture really changes the space. Great company, great people.

A couple years ago Austin Area Plumbing redid all the plumbing for the 2nd floor where I live. I had to call them back the next day to let them know that my shower faucets were not secured in the wall. They returned to "fix." Yesterday the faucets pulled away from the shower tile again, so I opened the escutcheon to assess, and lo and behold, those mugs literally just caulked the shower arm covers to the tile instead of securing the pipes IN THE WALL!
This happened during a transition phase when AAP was changing ownership and new people were being trained, so judging by all the other good reviews since the transition, I assume that everyone is was trained successfully? I hope AAP will make this right for us, $9000 later!

Called Austin Area Plumbing for a toilet issue in an ADU and Blake advised us on what the issue could be and to contact the builder first since it was a new build and it should be convered under the warranty (we later learned that the structure was not covered under the warranty but that's a story for another day...). Blake's attitude was friendly and he was knowledgable and listened to our needs so we put Austin Area Plumbing in our back pocket for another time.

We later needed someone to help finish out and correct some plumbing permit work related to adding in a new sink as well as address a water heater error code so we called them again and Alex and his work partner (starts with an S?) came. They were also friendly and knowledgable, listened to our needs, and resolved the issues. We had an inspection and needed some corrections and Alex came out again to address this and the changes were approved by the inspector.

After having some additional work done we contacted them again to make sure the sink was installed correctly and Blake came again and the sink is now up and running. We also asked if he could adjust a shower drain cover in addition to the other task and he did and it looks great.

Each time we called we either talked to a woman (Melissa maybe) or a man whose name I don't think I got. They were both professional and knowledgable.

I liked receiving the quotes and invoices as they were transparent and showed us what we needed to know. There are also many ways of paying.

We would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Dennis came out after a long prior job and replaced a leaking expansion tank on our water heater. Very quick and efficient. A1 job well done and very nice to work with.

Dennis and his crew was very professional. Communicated with me throughout the entire process and the installation of my tankless water heater was very quick, thorough, and efficient!
