Highly recommend scheduling with Dennis. He’s extremely knowledgeable and on top of completing our water heater flush, he did a general check of things throughout the house and gave us so much valuable information. We really appreciated his visit and hope to have him do any future work.

We are very satisfied with the service we received. The plumber, Mycol was very nice, friendly, professional. He explained everything that he saw that was wrong. He took pics to show what was the problem. And he put in a new commode. He removed the broken one and took it with him. I highly recommend Austin Area Plumbing, Mycol.

We had an emergency plumbing issue when our water main broke in the front yard. Dennis was here within a few hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem incredibly fast. He was straightforward and honest about the pricing and even quickly checked the house for any other potential issues. I needed a plumber to install a new tankless water heater. I spoke with James several times and he was so helpful and responsive. We have a new puppy and our old water heater quit. James was able to get Dennis out to our house the next day. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job installing the new tankless water heater in several hours. Melissa got me scheduled quickly, and Dennis did a fantastic job at my house on various tasks—servicing tankless water heater, installing pressure regulator, and shutting off gas connection in kitchen. This small local company is doing right by their customers. Unfortunately they are being held hostage by someone leaving bad reviews and demanding they pay to be removed. This is unacceptable and not a reflection of their work or quality. We support small business!!!

Garrett originally came out for an estimate to replace my old tank water heater with a new tankless one. He listened to my situation, answered all my questions, and consulted me on the process. Then, Garrett and Mycol came out to do the work. Both of the are professional, friendly, and are sticklers for code and neat work. The Master Plumber Dennis and Assistant Plumber Star were exceptional and Professional in how they represented themselves and explaining the entire process of the job to replacing an existing Rheem Tankless Water Heater with a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. I live in the Killeen area & have had several other plumbers come out to fix the spray nozzle on my kitchen sink & a slow leak, but kept being told they didn't see a leak & that the nozzle couldn't be fixed. Star w/Austin Area Plumbing assessed the issue quickly & replaced the the entire faucet & spray nozzle. It's so nice being able to rinse my sink again w/a nozzle! I'm not sure why the other plumbing company didn't offer the same, but it seems the plumbers around here don't want to be bothered w/smaller jobs. Star also referred us to a company that could help w/the cultured marble issue in our bathroom. I will definitely use Austin Area plumbing again!

Excellent in every way! Quick response to my call for estimate, timely job completion, all by one plumber (less cost), no impact on house construction (predicted by other estimate), nice and safe end product!

Unfortunately, we've had to call AAP 2x in the last 6 months. Fortunately. both times they have been able to get someone out very quickly, evaluated our issue , provided am immediate estimate and both times, the estimate was reasonable so upon accepting they were able to complete the work immediately. Having owned a home or condo for the last 30 years, Ive had my fair share of service calls for plumbing, electrical etc. I have never felt so confident about any company as I do AAP. They have proven their guys know their stuff & their prices are fair. While I hope I don't need them in the near future 🥴, I'm happy that I now have a go-to plumbing company when I do need them! 😁✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Dennis has completed three different repairs and/or replacements of important outdoor hardware and water heater parts, over the past 12 months. He is honest, respectful, technically excellent, and transparent in all pricing quotes. His communication skills are equally excellent and reliable. Of course I’ll call him back at anytime should we spring another leak.
