Tyrone did an amazing job today diagnosing the issue with my tankless water heater. It’s so nice having an honest company and an honest technician come out and help fix the issue instead of just saying it needs to be replaced. So happy to have hot water again in this cold weather! This company is not honest at all. I called out trying to give a smaller business some business and it was a major fail. I am trying to get a water softener put in but the home was not plumbed with a water loop, it's a 2 story home and finding where the water comes in has been a pain. So the tech comes out and basically said I don't know, he charges $350 diagnostic fee to try and find the line. He then proceeds cut 2 holes in the wall which I understood would have to happen to try and find the line and then just gave up. When I called the office about trying to get this finished I was told that the diagnostic would be credited to muy install if I went with them. Logan said he would get me an estimate that day, well by 5pm I called and a rep said I would be getting it later on that day, well the estimate came the next day and it was over $3700 to run 2 pex lines about 15 feet from the meter to my garage. I understand there are other fittings and things to get my water filtration system up and working but come on man. Pex A is $34 per 100', PVC to put in the trench, 10' PVC is $9.72 each. Throw in fittings maybe another $200. I'm willing to pay for time but thats robbery. Trencher at Home Depot is $239 for 4 hours. I was willing to pay $1500 for experience but no.

Jeremiah was great, he really listened to me about my issue and the goals I had for the work that I wanted done. He arrived within the time window that was provided and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way. I was so impressed that I am considering getting another estimate for an upgraded cooling system in the home in addition to the estimate for the other work.

I had a leaking exterior hose bib and wanted to have an expert checkout what might be the causes and solutions.

Steve was the plumber who was dispatched and was wonderful. He did a great job of problem solving, walking me through everything, and showing me why these issues were happening.

He then walked me through the solutions with empathy around the costs and different outcomes.

Fantastic service from Talmage New and the other tech on site. They were polite, efficient, and very thorough. I had several concerns around the house and they were able to help me with making adjustments to some, to also replacing a broken faucet that was leaking. Thank you so much! I will hands down use their services again.

Blue Ribbon always does great work at a fair price. Avi went above and beyond to make sure everything I was having issues with were resolved. Can’t say enough great things about my experiences with Blue Ribbon so far. Memberships pay for themselves many times over as well.

Update - John stopped by the day after my AC stopped blowing cold air, gave very unfiltered information and options for repair, and got us back up and running with cold air within the the hour. He also provided some very fair estimates on new systems that were far more cost effective than other companies that had come in previously trying to use high-pressure sales tactics to secure the job. Again very happy with my experience with Blue Ribbon!

First off, the dispatch people totally ignored our request. I ended up having to drive one hour each way from work for an appointment that didn’t even happen, and my wife had to leave work as well, costing us a lot of money. Then, finally, the tech shows up, Was rude, made it clear that he wasn’t able to do what we needed in the allotted time, so I said OK, let’s get it done. And he said well, no I’ve taken it off the schedule so now it won’t be for at least four more hours, all while he was sitting in my driveway. Then I called the manager, instead of fixing the problem, made it clear that she basically didn’t want my business. Horrible service, and a waste of time. Went with a competitor out of Blanco, and everything was smooth and effortless

I would have given Alec 6 stars if we could. He came out the day before Thanksgiving, was on time, very professional and a very pleasant person. He explained every thing he found wrong and fixed it. If he could have replaced the subfloor he would have! We have found a go to solution for plumbing problems!

Joseph connected my new natural gas grill , replaced existing piping to it and flushed out my hot water heater in a timely manner. Joseph was very knowledgeable and answered a ton of questions. I could not ask for a more pleasant and professional experience. Brandon was awesome. We'd been out of hot water for a month, and 2 other companies out. After learning the plumber we were waiting on wouldn't be coming back, we contacted Blue Ribbon. Brandon was out within 2 hours, and had us up and running again. He also gave us some advice on our air conditioning repair that was recently done. Friendly, fast and reliable. 100% will be calling Blue Ribbon any time we have issues in the future.

Our A/C went out sometime on Wednesday. My husband called Blue Ribbon on Thursday. They sent Ryan out on Friday. Ryan was able to get our A/C up and running to keep us comfortable over the weekend until the installation crew arrived on Monday. Installation went great. Ryan came back out on Tuesday and fine tuned and programed the installation for our home. I highly recommend this very professional, courteous, and efficient group for any HVAC needs.

Carson arrived and wasted no no time getting to the root of the problem. He prepared an estimate and got to work right away. Finished the job in an hour and a half and was professional, polite, efficient and I would definitely call Blue ribbon plumbing again.

Brandon is very knowledgeable. I had called for a flush for my water heater. He quickly found out that my discharge outlets were installed incorrectly. He did receive a quote from the company that I did not accept. The customer service Brandon gave and the knowledge he gave was definitely Top-Notch.
