Constraction reviews in Rowlett, Texas

Jimmy is the owner of Peacock Property Services. He shows up on time! He went above and beyond to schedule me in on short notice to put flowers beds dirt work in! Him and his staff are also friendly!

Definitely would recommend Peacock Property Services to anyone looking for landscaping! Jimmy took all of my thoughts and suggested ideas himself to create a beautiful landscape design for my home. He also listened to all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole process.

Jimmy has been great over the years with overseeing my HOA properties. As of current year he oversees two and the boards have been happy with his promptness and reasonable pricing. If I can ever refer Peacock to any of my properties or just need a quick bid on an irrigation repair, he's my go to guy.

Peacock Properties just completed a Sod installation job at my residence. I contacted Mr. Jimmy a few weeks ago. He provided a competitive quote and was very responsive during the entire process. The new lawn looks beautiful!

I highly recommend Peacock Property Services. Jimmy, the owner, is a proactive communicator who charges a fair price for his services. I also appreciate his team, led by Rodrigo. They are efficient and thorough with their work. The final outcome of my landscaping project matched exactly what I desired. It's beautiful.

Great job and great customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to my community. Honest price in a very competitive industry. Jimmy is very knowledgeable with many year of experience under his wing. He was really patient and able to respond to all my questions and concerns.

Jimmy was absolutely wonderful to work with! Our project was fairly small, but he never made us feel like we weren't a priority, and really took the time to answer our questions. His design was wonderful and did a great job at capturing both mine and my husband's styles (despite the fact that they're quite different). When we first engaged PPS, we had communicated that we were hoping to get everything done before my daughter's birthday party. Not only was not an issue for Jimmy and his team, but they finished the project a week early! Finally, his team was wonderful about cleaning up the yard after their day of work was finished, which I highly appreciated. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Peacock Property Services and look forward to working with them again in the future!

Jimmy is awesome and his crews are great! Wanted a specific stamp design that they didn’t have but they made sure to find it just to give us exactly what we wanted. I’m no concrete guy but it sure looks like a great job to me. Another month or so and we get to put up a gazebo. We will definitely be enjoying our patio for years to come. Thank you Jimmy!

Peacock Landscaping was fantastic to work with. They came, measured, then provided a detailed virtual visual recommendation including the names of the recommended plants for our flower beds. They accept feedback and provide options to meet your budget, if needed.

I am in love with my new artificial turf in the backyard. Super Outdoor Spaces did an amazing job with the installation. No more muddy paws in the house combined with year round beautiful green grass.I highly recommend this company!!

Peacock Property Services did a fantastic job of transforming my backyard and adding some brickwork to the front. Jimmy took the time to listen to my vision, making suggestions and putting the plan in motion. The workers were friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. A few days after my beautiful landscape was done, they returned to fine tune a few things. I'm beyond thrilled with three outcome!

From start to finish, working with them has been nothing short of exceptional.

Peacock Landscaping impressed us from the beginning with its meticulous approach. They promptly visited our property, took precise measurements, and presented us with a detailed virtual visual recommendation that truly brought our vision to life. Throughout the construction process, Jimmy maintained excellent communication, ensuring that we were informed and involved every step of the way. They consistently prioritized quality and customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to guarantee that each task was completed to perfection before proceeding to the next.

I commend Jimmy for his attentive listening skills, valuable suggestions, and efficient project execution. The entire crew was professional and friendly, working diligently to transform our backyard into a space that exceeded our expectations. Their swift work ethic and commitment to cleanliness did not go unnoticed. Thanks to Peacock Landscaping, we now have a beautiful backyard that has already become a place where cherished memories are made. We are truly delighted with the outcome and grateful for the outstanding service provided by Peacock Landscaping.
