Poor communication from the insurance and Servpro led to unnecessary late fees. Invoices sent 1 month late and no flexibility Nish the administrative assistant.

When the city's sewer lines backed-up into our bathroom and we saw the extent of the damage, we called Glen with ServPro to have it professionally cleaned. His team were prompt and did an incredible job on getting that bio-hazard cleaned out of our bathroom. Excellent service, courteous, professional and pleasure to work with. We got a black mold situation in our kitchen due to a leaking dishwasher. SERVPRO of Rockwall/Rowlett came and diagnosed the situation quickly and gave us the action plan in detail, built an air tight containment to prevent mold/dust to contaminate other area, and got rid of the mold promptly and flawlessly. A third party tester came and told us that they did such an excellent job that we could eat of the surface they cleaned. Also, they built such a good containment that our contractor ended up using it until near the end of the project, and they were happy to loan us their 4 posts that held the containment the entire time. Thank you SERVPRO! You're a life saver and we will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone and use your service again in the future!

They have all been so professional, helpful and knowledgeable

I was requested their service for the water damage control at my home.
The service member came and quick check the damage and took off flooring carpet and dryer up water.
But, the charges in final invoice blow my mind.
For every single activity they are charging $100 and more. For 180 sqft room.

Like lift the carpet: $127
Lift carpet pad : $80
Goes on..

And there are all details are not communicated and verbally said it won’t cost much.
But after final bill, it’s too high. Around $1500 and when requested them to adjust or provide some discount. They are rude and said you need to pay otherwise there is penalty. And suggesting you can follow up with your insurance , not our problem

I feel it’s kind of looting customer as taking advantage of customers situation.

Priscilla and the sales team were awesome and professional. Were willing to work with me on payments which really helped my family and I out!

The clean up crew was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. They were nice and respectful to my wife and stepfather.

I'd recommend Servpro to anyone with sudden major water damage.

I want to give a big shout out for Jimmy Ramirez and Johnny of Servpro Rockwall/Rowlette for their tremendous effort to quickly remediate the damage when our home was damaged by flooding from recent storms. They quickly removed wet carpeting, sheetrock, vanities and other wet and damaged materials and quickly placed equipment to dry what remained to prevent mold and further damage. They came to our home daily for a week to perform the clean up, monitor the drying process, move and remove equipment as needed. They truly are pros at what they do!

My house needed to be fogged due to exotic birds living there. Servpro did an excellent job from start to finish. The owner contacted me personally to discuss the process and set up the appointment. The two men that came to to do the work were prompt, professional and courteous. I feel their pricing was very fair along with their great customer service. I would highly recommend this outstanding company! Thanks Servpro!!

Servpro was awesome! I had a major pipe burst from the fire suppression system due to the freeze. Servpro came in quickly and efficiently with the remediation. They know exactly what needs to be done. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Servpro!

We had such a great experience with Servepro in Rockwall! Jimmy and Johnny made the process smooth and answered all of our questions. I was so shocked at how well Jimmy handled our water damage as well as our insurance claim. Jimmy called our insurance and got started on it the day he came out. How amazing was that for us? We had a large tree fall on our house with a lot of water damage. He knew the severity of the situation and knew we needed to stop the mold growth before the insurance would not be able to cover the damage. He immediately took charge and had his crew send over the dehumidifiers and hepa filter out the same day! If only Jimmy could handle the rest of our property damage, we would be solid. I highly recommend them!

Jacob, Jimmy, Justin, Eddie were all excellent! They had to navigate small spaces in my attic to dry water damaged areas. They communicated to me clearly what needed to be done, and they were timely each day to check on the drying process. I truly appreciate their professionalism and efforts to mitigate the damage in my home.

Our church had a fire sprinkler pipe burst in our sanctuary during the last freeze. Gave them a call and they arrived very quickly and began the drying out and removal of wet sheetrock and such. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Pray we never need to, but would use again.
