Family Ties Plumbing is a great company to hire and work with. Cindy and Jeremy are fantastic. They were very fairly priced, communicated well throughout the replacement of the sewer line under the house and bathroom work. They met our timeline expectations and made the process easier. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing and construction needs. They are a gem and a breath of fresh air in the world of service providers!

Craftsmen's Inspections inspected my son's new home. The detailed review uncovered an issue with a rafter that had been cut to accommodate HVAC installation. The builder agreed to correct this and all issues found on the report. The peace of mind having a thorough inspection provides is invaluable.

I recently bought a retirement home in a different city from where I currently live. I needed a thorough inspection and I could not have been more pleased with the detail of the report provided by Craftsmen's Inspections. John was easy to work with and I got my report the next day. Thank you Craftsmen's Inspections.

If you are looking for an inspector with attention to detail who has the buyers interest in mind then look no further and contact Craftsmen's Inspections. John spent 8 hours going over every detail of our 2550 sq ft house. Whether on the roof or under the house there was no stone left unturned. I have the utmost of confidence that there will be no surprises when we move in. Thank you Craftsmen's Inspections for giving us the peace of mind to rest easy.

Craftsmen's Inspections inspected a potential investment property for me. John performed a remodeling job for me and his attention to detail was why I called him. This detail included looking at every room, roof, appliances, plumbing and HVAC units was well worth it. The detail report provided me the knowledge I needed to make an educated decision and not an educated guess. Weather it’s your personal property or investment property you need a good honest person who cares for you. John is that person.

We had no idea what we were getting into when we decided to renovate our 1983 patio home. Honestly, we didn’t even know where to start, and the idea of dealing with contractors felt terrifying (we’d heard all the horror stories!). Enter John Cote at Craftsmen’s Inspections — and thank goodness he did.
From day one, John rolled up his sleeves and got to work. He inspected the entire project thoroughly and handed us a detailed, phase-by-phase spreadsheet that broke everything down in a way even first-timers like us could understand. He didn’t just stop there — he vetted multiple general contractors, made sure the one we picked fit our budget, and even ensured we had a rock-solid, legally binding contract in place. That peace of mind alone was priceless.
Throughout the renovation — which included everything from foundation repairs and HVAC to electrical updates, scraping those dreaded popcorn ceilings, and all the fun cosmetic upgrades — John guided us every step of the way. He made sure everything was up to code, done right, and on schedule. We went from being totally lost to feeling confident, supported, and even a little excited about the process (and that’s saying something when your house is torn apart!).
Now, we’re absolutely in love with the finished product — our cozy, modern 2025 home. John turned what could have been a renovation nightmare into a smooth, well-managed transformation. If you’re about to tackle a project like this, do yourself a huge favor and hire someone like John. Trust me — without him, we would’ve been Googling “how to live in a construction zone” and crying into takeout pizza boxes. Instead, we’re sitting in our dream home, grateful beyond words.
John didn’t just inspect — he basically held our hands, gave us a roadmap, and made sure we never got lost along the way. Worth every penny. -

DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM!!!
THEY ARE LIAR AND DECEIVER. TOTALLY UNETHICAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DISCONNECTED THE CALL. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST. -
Breakers trips and won’t stay on. 90% of the home with no electricity. They don’t consider anything an emergency and keep you waiting for 3+ days. Food went bad. Horrible service , rude employee. Don’t use.

I think the safety department is lacking as the employees can’t even drive. When is the poor kids ZL1 Camaro going to get fixed after it was struck twice by one of your employees?

we bought a new home and this company came out and did all our electrical and security system installation. They did not place the security system and window sensors that we paid extra for in time for our house closing. They do not call you back nor keep their appointments either. Absolutely horrible company to work with.
