Constraction reviews in Rowlett, Texas

Servpro of Rockwall/Rowlett did an amazing job from start til finish after our home was struck by lightning resulting in a house fire. I was very impressed with every step that was performed by them. From remediation to pack out of the entire home, everything went flawlessly. Eight months later when the house was restored, The ServPro team handled every step of our move in which was incredible. Everyone was very caring, personable, and professional! I highly recommend this company.

We had water leak under our sink.

Called Servpro around 11 a.m. in the morning response was quick and technicians were at our home within 2 hours.

Jimmy and Carlos introduced themselves and listen to our concern and what happened.

Explained what he is going to do and walked through every step on what he is doing. Both of them where very honest about how to approach the issue, what options we have and cost of drying and repair. They also advised on things we can do by ourselves.

Thanks to them we have good idea which way have go to rectify and resolve the issue

Your team is awesome! I left my house for about 30min & came home to water blasting out of my hot water heater plug. My downstairs was flooded, my neighbor recommended Servpro. I am a senior & was having a hard time dealing with this disaster. They gently guided me every step of the way & I am so grateful. First, there was the cleanup.. Special thanks to Carlos, Jimmy and Jason. Then the pack out and almost 2 months later the unpack by Glen & his team of sweet ladies. This is the company you need to call for water restoration.

Serve Pro was amazing. Ok the job the day after our fire. Each employee I dealt with showed care and empathy. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

We’ve had several great experiences with Family Ties Plumbing and trust them completely. They are professional and price fairly. Can’t recommend them enough!

Great service!

Great service, punctual, and very knowledgeable.

Great group, total was actually cheaper then the quote.

Thank you for all your help with my shower I really appreciate your help . It was fast and great communication

They came and camera scoped some drains and provided an estimate. Very communicative, professional, clean and respectful.

These guys are excellent! They ran a camera to help me find where the sewer pipe from a commercial building tied into the city.

Had a leak under my house. They located, dug under the house and made all of the repairs in a quick, satisfactory manner.

Great Team of people, very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Family Ties Plumbing to everyone with a problem.

Great company! They were very knowledgeable and great in price. Definitely using them again in the future.

Found Family Ties to be very honest, easy to work with, on-time and knowledgeable. Would most definitely recommend using them.

We're so happy to have found this company! They did a great job!

They were originally contacted to perform a plumbing inspection after I had five piers put in place. They discovered that the original cleanout was broken and replaced it with a dual directional cleanouts and completed the inspection. The work was performed promptly and was less expensive than I was expecting.

I needed plumbing done for a new handicapped accessible bathroom. Family Ties Plumbing did a great job planning and installing all the plumbing needed.

Family Ties is hands down the best plumbing company we have ever used. I would 100% recommend them for your plumbing needs. We recently had major repairs done under the slab, fixing 3 broken pipes and having two 8 ft trenches dug under the house. Jeremy and Cindy kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions and the pricing was very reasonable. They are the only company we will use.

I highly recommend Family Ties. This company has carried out extensive work in replacing a section of a drain line under the concrete foundation on one of my houses and diagnostic testing with a camera in drain lines at my another house. They are experts at running cameras to inspect drain lines throughout and under a house.

Cindy and staff were great. Was actually recommended by another plumbing company. Was able to repair our pipe leak in the wall without having to dig up the slab. Very good work! Professional and courageous! Would highly recommend!
