W3 for all my electric needs!

W3 Electric truly went above and beyond to ensure my major electrical project went smoothly. They expertly handled relocating my Tesla charger to a new home, installing and upgrading a new electrical panel, putting in four ceiling fans, and meticulously removing, adding, and aligning new can lights with a Lutron system. The team's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the complexity and quality of their work. I'm genuinely impressed and highly recommend W3 Electric. They've earned a lifelong customer in me—hence why I even came up with their new motto!

Read to the end. I don't know who these people are but they good. They great at what they do. They go get the educated and the people who are actually experiencing what they are actually doing. Even if it's something that they haven't done, they are better at it all. I would recommend them out through Google to let everyone know that these people are professional at what they do they have good conversation to let you know that you are being secured. They check everything to make sure. Even if you are just now moving into a new home, they check everything to make sure that you are okay. I will refer them all over the internet if I could. Called up W3 to get a quote and better idea about converting a garage into a living suite, Eric was extremely helpful through the entire process! Very informative and really cared about his job and the service he was providing! We will definitely be using them for all of our electric needs! I explained what was going on that I needed help with and Johnathan knew exactly what I was talking about. He then explained what he can do. He then told he how much it would cost before he even started the process. Either this or that and if I had any questions he was very good at explaining the answers. Once he finished he showed me what he did. I am very happy with his visit!

A message within 30 minutes of arriving. He rang the doorbell, introduced himself, and began working. He let me know when he completed his work and asked to look at my breaker box where he noticed an issue and offered to fix it. He was courteous and professional. Great representation of what customer service should be!

I was having trouble with a GFI in my garage tripping. This GFI controls an outlet in the garage and my front door and back door outlets. After troubleshooting Jonathan found a number of electrical issues. First he replaced the exterior outlets with ones with a plastic covers so that I can leave things plugged in without getting wet, then replaced the GFI outlet that was tripping with one that prevents it from tripping due to moisture exposure. Also, since I was planning on adding additional outlets to the garage Jonathan suggested adding a dedicated one for the chest freezer and another under my electrical panel for my power tools. This one has four outlets with two separate breakers. I so appreciated their professionalism and the care they took with cleanup. Very pleased!

My experience with W3 Electric was very pleasant experience. Eric was on time, explained everything he was doing. There was a few things he had a better way to do what I wanted done and explained the difference. He gave me the choose as to how I wanted it. I will always call on them for other problems I have in the future and highly recommend them.

Jonathan and Marcos was extremely professional in providing the services needed. Installing a light fixture in need of replacement to ensuring the generator is ready for use they were dynamic. Much appreciated the step-by-step instructions for using the generator if needed. We had use W3 before to install the outlet for the generator and will continue to call for future electrical issues. They are phenomenal service providers.

These guys are professionals. Super solid crew with great communication and technical expertise. I had a portable generator plug(outside), indoor main breaker disconnect switch and interlock installed. Overall I am happy with the parts used, thoroughly explained on how to hook up generator to plug as well as 5 year warranty that comes with service. If you need great electricians give this company a call, you will not regret it! These guys are your residential experts too trust.

Danni and Gabriel from W3 Electric did an excellent job at my home today. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and took the time to clearly explain the work they were doing. They replaced a GFCI outlet and repaired the HVAC disconnect box with great attention to detail. I was impressed with their expertise and customer service. I highly recommend Danni and Gabriel, as well as W3 Electric, for any electrical needs.

Bryan showed up exactly on time for my emergency panel repair at 8:05pm. He diagnosed the issue and estimated the repairs quickly and carefully. He secured my panel so it could safely function overnight and returned with his apprentice Jimmy the following day exactly on time at 10am. Bryan and Jimmy worked for several hours carefully replacing the panel and rewiring all the breakers. I watched them work all day and I have not seen any better communication and diligence from anyone coming to work at my house. Bryan’s work on wiring and triple checking everything was so good that I will be requesting him on all future repairs and troubleshooting. Bryan Jimmy both exceeded my expectations. The quality of work, the components used, and the professionalism were above and beyond. I just was amazed! Thank you W3. Thank you Bryan and Jimmy.

Cody O'Donnell arrived as planned. He and Matthew scoped out the project and went straight to work. They worked well together and my 3 ceiling fan installation went flawlessly. They completed the entire project in less than 2 hours.

Marcos and his apprentice called before arriving, arrived on time and were so nice to work with. I needed three ceiling fans installed and one electrical outlet installed behind a mounted tv. They did a great job and ensured everything worked right. Marcos also found some defective electrical work done in my home, which wasn’t a surprise, and gave a recommendation to move forward on it. I will definitely be using this business in the future when electrical work is needed
