Great quality and trustworthy people. Customer service is excellent, family owned businesses like this must be protected. They wired up my hot tub and an extra outlet for tv and lights. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Anthony was professional, kind, & answered all questions I had. At first, he told me that we would need to pay for a more expensive service, but he figured out that the issue was simpler than expected & happily charged us the lesser fee. No pressure to upsell ever & quickly fixed the issue!

Anthony was super kind and diligent in installing new fans in my rooms and lighting above my kitchen island. He provided his expert opinion and I am 100% satisfied with the work done. They even cleaned up after the job was finished!

London was friendly and very thorough. He got the job done and everything works.

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW: I got charged 2x. I just saw my bank statement. I initially chose Zelle as an option, London was unaware on how to use it. So he called and asked the billing rep to cancel the charge. Then I just did credit charge. I see money was taken out twice. I hate having to follow up on an error that is done by the company.

My experience with the technicians was excellent, but unfortunately, the communication with the scheduling department was lacking. As a result, I had to cancel my appointment, and they offered no resolution.

Update: W3 called me and made it right. Bryan was extremely nice and professional. I will be happy to use them again.

The W3 Electric electrician Brackson came yesterday to look into my how to troubleshoot a problem with one of my home circuit and after running a complete checked, he found successful what caused the circuit stopped working and fixed it. He provided a great work and explained what was done, what was found and why this caused the circuit to fail. Very professional work.

Thank you w3 electric. I love the way Enrique came over and seen the problem immediately. I did my opinion the $89 even if it was just flipping the switch. He was very courteous. Sean came and was very knowledgable and professional. He and his partner did great work. The reviews and recommendation was how I decided on using them. They came whileI still had scaffolding at the house and were done in just over an hour plus my move time to move the scaffolding.

Anthony and Homer were excellent in finding the issue with our power outage, presenting options on how to fix and offering the safety advantages in a step by step breakdown to complete the job. Fantastic customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! We have been using them for 5 years, but this year I truly believe they saved our lives! Our 40 year old panel was not tripping when plugs were burning, thank god my husband was home and turned off breakers or we might have lost everything. They sent out Eric, he was here till almost 10 at night making sure we were safe. After talking with him we made the choice to upgrade, listen no one wants to spend that kind of money but when someone you can tell is passionate about what the do and truly explained everything and showed us proof and we could literally hear and see the sparking in our attic....you listen! Then they sent out the A team (Adolfo and Alejandro) the next day along with Eric. They are called the A team because of their names but I tell you this in confidence...it is so much more. First, respectfu!!,.knowlegable and let's face it Adolfo has a brillant smile and loves Thanksgiving LOL! I am 56 and my husband is 60 we follow our gut and when I tell you my gut knew what it was doing the right thing (especially the day before we had a solar company out) I had a bad feeling about the solar company and then god step in and said...you need to act now. I will sleep good tonight because they brought my 1974 house up to code and I feel so much better!
OH and then that KID from solar company showed up and while we were not paying attention asked our A team a bunch of questions and they handled it like PRO'S...TOLD HIM NOTHING AND LET US KNOW. how weird is that? I am telling you the lord was looking out for us.
So, if you love your house and your animals, call W3. I have never been disappointed, but I was especially impressed with the team we had. That isn't to say everyone before this team didn't warn us, they ALL DID, but we finally listened because we had too and there is NO doubt about it!! Remember, Eric and the A team :)

London was very friendly and helpful and explained the process and provided additional suggestions clearly and professionally. He fixed my issue very quickly, too. He was thorough and informative and I would definitely want him back for any other electrical issues we have in the future. Thank you!!

W3 electric did a great job with our circuit breaker. Bryan was extremely helpful and showed me how I can replace them on my own next time. He also explained everything he was doing and was very kind and respectful. I will definitely use them again for all of my electrical needs.

London explained thorughly the process of what he will check and why and then we went over what he found. He was on time and knows what he is doing.

Anthony with W3 was fantastic. He took the time to properly troubleshoot my issue and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also took the time to provide me a quote for some landscaping lighting I was interested in. I’ve used W3 once before and I appreciate how transparent they are with their pricing before the work begins. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Hired this company on recommendation from my local Facebook page group. They did not disappoint. Found my problem had me back up and running within 20 minutes or so. Highly recommend. Both Representatives Eric and Danny were highly professional and competent.

I had a partial loss of electricity, and Brackson came out the very next day. It was a simple fix, thank goodness, but he fixed it in 2 seconds. I was impressed with his professionalism. As we all do, I hope I don't need an electrician again. But but if I do, I am calling W3. Don't hesitate to call them. They have five star reviews for a reason.
