Electrical reviews in Rowlett, Texas

Love my Christmas lights every year! Very efficient and polite. Great company and highly recommended!

The Perfect Light has done a beautiful job lighting up our home for the Christmas season for several years. Highly recommend.

I have used this company for many years. The customer service is amazing. They are very professional. I learned my lesson years ago when I hired an inexperienced person that had a panic attack on my roof. I trust this company — they have experienced professional people that are on call to fix any problems that might come up.

High-end product, service, and communication. When I had one light go out, they replaced it within 24 hours. The installation was top notch. If you want that "commercial grade" look for your residence, this is who you call.

Perfect Light is an A+ operation. They don’t stop after the lights are up. One night we noticed a small section of one tree trunk was not lighting. I called and they had it fixed by the next morning - about a 12 hour turnaround! You can trust this company!

Outstanding experience. Have on my Calendar to order in July for our gorgeous wreath 48” again, balcony and garden lights for Hoiliday Seaaaon 2o26. You folks are just the best. Dana Whotehead Rigg - Dallas

We have been customers for over 15 years and we constantly are complimented by friends and neighbors and how beautiful our home looks. Their customer service is terrific. We always opt for their two stages installation in the fall so they can level out their workload and we are able to enjoy our lights from the week of Thanksgiving until January 6 which is Kings Day or the feast of the epiphany. They arrange the install dates and take down dates with us by phone or email and they don't even bother us from there. Poo the lights are up and ready to go and then down again as well for the beautiful displays. I think their pricing is extremely fair. We will be customers of Perfect Light as long as we live in this home.

I can’t say enough about the quality of the team and products at The Perfect Light! They have been decorating our house for Christmas for years and also maintain all of our home lighting needs. They are amazing at every level from kind and responsive customer service, to beautiful design, professional products, and thoughtful, and hard working installers. They do it all, maintain the finished product and store it all until the next season. My family and I could not be happier and they will always be our home lighting partner!!

We entertain a lot in our backyard, and as our kids have gotten older, we realized our existing outdoor lighting just was not cutting it. It was simply too dark to feel comfortable with teens gathering, moving around, and spending time outside. We wanted better visibility, better safety, and something that still looked beautiful.

The Perfect Light absolutely nailed it.

Their Outdoor Lighting Division came in and completely transformed our space. They lit our trees, added spotlights, tree lights, up-lights, and subtle flood lighting in a way that feels elegant, warm, and incredibly functional. Nothing feels harsh or overdone. It is all very classy, balanced, and user-friendly.

The difference is night and day. Our backyard now feels inviting, safe, and ready for gatherings, whether it is family, friends, or a house full of teenagers. It also dramatically improved the overall look of our home at night.

If you want outdoor lighting done right by professionals who truly understand design, safety, and how people actually use their spaces, I cannot recommend The Perfect Light highly enough. They delivered exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations in every way.

Great service. Had my security camaras and doorbell installed

Alex was great! Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my experience. Definitely recommend!

Alex was great. He was on time and professional. I will definitely be using him for all my electrically needs.

Installed recessed lighting in living room and kitchen as well as moved a couple of outlets. Very professional and good quality work. Highly recommend.

Very professional, on time, takes pride in his work, and did an excellent job. He did all the electric for my kitchen and new garage. It is perfect.

Alex responded immediately and was on-site 1 hour later to review my electrical problem. He was friendly and has very reasonable pricing. Great experience!!!

Have a problem with some outlets not working. Alex came over and tried to find the problem. It was later in the evening so Alex asked if he come back the next morning. The next day he did not show so I called and texted him but no response. The next day I again texted and called and never received a call back. So much for them being a professional company. Poor customer service

Jose installed some ceiling fans for us. Very professional and quick! I would definitely use them again for our next electrical job.

I would highly recommend using Juan for any electrical needs. He was quick to respond and very professional. Did a great job installing a fan in our 20ft ceiling.

We recently had problems in our RV with the getting power to the unit. Alejandro arrived on time and did an amazing job in a short amount of time! I would defiantly recommend him to anyone!

Very professional, helped upgrade our lights in our newly remodeled kitchen. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. We will definitely call them back again.

Very pleased with the quality and professionalism that was done in our home.

We had 4 halo lights installed in the back of our house, 2 flood lights relocated, ground wire wired towards our pergola and had 8 plugs and 2 switches installed. All done in one day. I am sooo pleased with how everything tuned out, I can’t stop smiling looking at how beautiful everything looks. Definitely makes my backyard one out of a magazine cover.
Highly recommend Texla, for the clean and profesional work that was displayed thru out. Thank you for making my backyard and oasis I can now enjoy.
