I contacted Alex because I was having serious electrical issues such as house-wide flickering lights, appliances turning off and on, etc. He agreed to a service call at approximately 8 am the next day (a Saturday) He asked me to text him my address, which I did. When I didn’t receive a response or confirmation, I sent a text a second time on Saturday morning at 7 am. Once again I didn’t receive a response. So I waited until 8 am and when he didn’t arrived at the appointed time, I phoned his cell phone. My call wasn’t answered. Alex never showed up or responded. As this was a serious concern, I was left to scramble and find another electrician on a Saturday morning. I was very dissatisfied with the unprofessional experience.

I recently had 3 pendant lights install by this company. Juan Martinez was the electrician. He is the best electrician I have ever used and will definitely be using him in the future. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. Very reasonably priced.

We were getting our back porch done and we needed some lights and a fan installed. Not only did he suggest the the lights that would look best but the work he did was amazing. We are so pleased with the outcome that if we need any other electrical needs we know who we can trust! Will recommend to friends, family and anyone we know who’s in need of any of these services.

Alex was great to work with on my project in the garage. I had a 240v outlet and GFCI outlets installed. He was fast, professional and responsive. I can tell he has a lot of experience as an electrician and knows what he is doing. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case for contractors. I look forward to working with him in the future and would recommend to family and friends!

Alex and team was wonderful. I had recessed lighting installed and the execution exceeded my expectations. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the placement. Overall, I am extremely happy and have found my dedicated electrician.

I appreciate Nelson and he team taking care of my electrical issues in my house. I have known them for many years and they always do a great job.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They installed lights in multiple rooms we did not request, approve, or want. Now they want to charge us extra or take us to court for these lights we never even wanted installed. Be careful with this company, they will try and scam you.

I recommend Nelson Automation Systems wholeheartedly. Not only is Mr. Nelson an absolute gentleman, he is a very clear communicator who set and managed our expectations for a full-house rewire expertly. His workers were very professional, and he was often personally present to ensure the quality and speedy progress of the work. His prices feel low because they are fair. (We know this because we had an uninterested 3rd party give us an estimate as to what a re-wire of our house should cost and involve. Nelson's estimate matched it almost exactly.) As for the re-wire itself, we couldn't be happier. Our home is brighter AND safer.

The company is ok with their drivers trying to run a mother and her children off of the road because I may or may not have used a blinker. Honest mistakes happen but actively trying to run a car off the road at 60 miles an hour is unacceptable. Owner did not care and took his employees side.
