We initially met just after the notorious winter storm when everyone's power was out for days and lost all of our pool equipment. Mark was able to work with our insurance company and have us back up and running very quickly.

He has always responded quickly to my questions and handled all of our services, repairs and warranty work with the utmost professionalism.

One of my pet peeves is when someone cleans our filters and they leave it in a different spot and a huge mess behind. Mark is the only one that leaves everything neat and clean.

Our most recent experience we were out of town and the neighbor called to tell us water was shooting over our fence. I was able to turn the water off from my phone and text Mark. Before we even landed - Mark had stopped by, checked on equipment and had it repaired and running again.

My only regret is that I wish we had met Mark sooner and had him handle our pool build from the beginning. Needless to say no matter how big or small the job he will get it handled. It is rare these days to find a company that operates with this high level of commitment to their customers.

This a great company. They resolved our issues in a timely manner. Our project took over 5 days to complete. We had to drain and refill out pool. Gavin Thompson is the rep who led our project from start to completion. He was professional, knowledgable and sympathetic. He listened to my concerns and worked to resolve each issue until I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Sparkle Pool Care services our pool on a weekly basis. They do a great job, always reliable and responsive. I would highly recommend using them.

Would like give big thumbs up to sparkle pool company for their outstanding customer service and support. Have been with them for 2 yrs and they have been fantastic. In this period of time they have not missed a single day of scheduled service. Another thing I would like to point out which is very important to me is that I have had the same technician (Christopher Hambrick) very professional and courteous last but not least Mr Gavin Thompson the new business manager.

Mark is fantastic. I’ve had 3 different pool companies over the last 5 years. Somewhere great in the beginning, but their quality and consistency fell off. And one company just was unable to do anything but clean and brush the pool so if you had problems with pool equipment- they couldn’t fix it. I found these guys through a friend and they have been able to keep my pool bar cleaner and keep the equipment maintained that the other company couldn’t. We have a lot of trees and it’s very difficult to keep our pool crystal clear. Mark has come on his regular day and stopped by frequently when he’s in the neighborhood just to check on things. His prices are competitive on weekly service. The more expensive and the cheaper guys didn’t do near as good a job.
I had a pump go bad this year because the other companies weren’t informing me of issues when things were wrong. Mark took care of that and not only do I know my pool is clean because I walk outside and see it but I get an email every time he comes with pictures and you can see exactly what’s been done. I Have recommended multiple friends to switch over to sparkle because of the quality service that you get and I would recommend anyone else do the same

After many years of cleaning my pool myself and constantly fighting the frustration of keeping it clean I finally decided to give Sparkle A try. I wish I would have called earlier. I quickly realized it was one of the best decisions I made, as it ended up saving me money and made my life much easier. Not to mention my pool has never looked this good.
