Rodrigo quickly and efficiently removed our old, broken heater and installed a new one and brought it up to code, which will go a long way toward preventing a flood coming into the house.

Rodrigo Nava of Tier 1 Water Heater did an excellent job in replacing my "in the attic water heater replacement". The installation took only about a little over an hour to install and the installation was very professionally installation. If You need to replace or have a water heater installed I would highly recomand Tier 1 Water Heater.

These guys recently installed a new hot water heater in my home and we were beyond pleased with their service. Our water heater gave out at the most inconvenient time. I contacted Home Depot and spoke to a water heater representative. Tier 1 arrived within a couple of hours of my initial contact at Home Depot. Mr. Nava was very professional and explained every step of the process, the parts that he would be replacing and why he had to replace them and explained the pricing for each giving me the complete estimate. I agreed to the installation and I’m very well pleased with the end result. Mr. Nava was very professional and a very extremely nice representative of his craft.

First of all I appreciate how nice the lady was when I called to inquire about getting a water heater. Rodrigo and his assistant came out and assessed what I had. He had a replacement ready to go.
