Rodrigo was very quick and knowledgeable when replacing the water heater. Very respectful and communicated throughout the process. Also as a female who was home alone during this process, I felt safe and he was entirely professional.

Rodrigo fixed our old water heater and got us through the terrible weather, then he did us a great deal on replacing it. I highly recommend this company.

Rodrigo showed up on time and did a great installation job. Completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Rodrigo Nava is a man of character and integrity! He found a gas leak on my water heater. The two other plumbers could not find. He is extremely thorough in his work. That said, Tier 1 Water Heaters is amazing! Everything from their customer service, knowledge, and provided service was second to none. I called once and they came right out and was able to help me understand the issue, provide me with multiple solutions, provided next steps down to the quote in writing and the city permit, and then followed through with each and everything they said they would do and more.

I'm forever grateful for Tier 1 Water Heaters and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real professionalism, but they did exactly that. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Rodrigo was absolutely awesome!! The best master plumber I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail, workmanship, speed in which he got our new water heater installed was shocking. Very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. What kind of tech doesn’t have parts on his truck ready to do repairs, has to drive to Home Depot and then wants to charge $400+ for over time!! This company is horrible!!! And I work for an AC company! He was only there for not even an hour!

Their technician aggressively ran my truck off the road. Flipped me off and screamed profanities out the window. If there service how they drive and treat the community of Dallas I would stay far, far, away from these guys. Called the office and didn’t even get an answer. I’ll be showing up to the offices.

We’ve been contacting plumbers for almost 6 years to find the source of a plumbing problem, without any luck. No one could find it. Spire (Carlos) came out and found it in 20 minutes! I am so happy and so grateful!

"I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. They were consistently late for appointments and displayed a high level of unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, they left my HVAC system completely non-functional during the hottest part of the year. This resulted in a massive inconvenience and a waste of thousands of dollars. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and competent HVAC

When I tell you it has been a nightmare. The install was supposed to take 2 days ended up taking a week. Then after they “installed” the new HVAC unit still doesn’t work. Workers say they need one more part or the manufacturer forgot a part and they will be right back then don’t show up till the next day or not at all. It’s been about 3 weeks and the HVAc won’t cool below 85 degrees and this is a NEW install. They are hard to reach and have put blame on everything else. I am still struggling with this issue and hope this review can reach the right person. Tens of thousands of dollars down the drain so far.

Terrible experience with Spire Mechanical. They were contracted to work on a leak in my apartment recently and never reached out to schedule an appointment with me. It took several days for them to come by and even then they didn't make an appointment. That didn't fix then issue and it took them about a week after multiple follow ups to come by, again without an appointment. After several visits and about a month of having an active leak in my apartment, my property manager brought in another contractor that made significantly more progress in just one visit. What really frustrated me about Spire was their lack of communication, the mess that was tracked into my apartment each visit, and the lack of progress they made in follow up appointments after trying the same thing that didn't work in the prior visits. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any situation. Highly unprofessional communicators and they felt like it was ok to just show up without ever scheduling an appointment in the 3 or more visits they made to my residence.
