They did it ALL for us. Seriously, we had clay piping under our 1928 building. They re-did the entire water, drainage, internal and external plumbing, toilets, faucets, shower, EVERYTHING, and they did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Schrade Plumbing for all you do and have done for Rowlett!!

Were in the middle of moving this spring, and the movers could not shut off water behind fridge and behind washing machine. I called another plumber who was going to charge extra because it was 4:30pm on Friday. I called schrade, and they came right out, and fixed me up for less than $150.. (This was the overtime charge at the other company!).. Did a great job.. Sad to have found a good plumber as we moved out of the area.

Schrade Plumbing is a wonderful family owned business in ROWLETT. This family not only takes pride in their business but also in their community. I had them out today to repair a slab leak and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism from Richard. He was very thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. Richard completed the job as promised in the same day with absolutely no surprises. At the end of the day when I returned home Steve Schrade was at my house knee deep in mud. How often do you see the owner getting dirty on a job? I can’t say enough to express my gratitude for Schrade Plumbing working me in to get our water back on before Thanksgiving. I cannot thank Steve and Diane Schrade enough for their help today. We awoke to standing water in the living and dining area of our house. Mrs. Schrade calmed me down and walked me step by step in what needed to be done. They worked us into the schedule and found the source if the leak and recommended a water abatement company that arrived within 15 minutes. Scrade Plumbing is a family business and locally owned. I highly recommend them.

I have been using the schrades for more than 12 years. They are very trustworthy and dependable. I have never had a problem with any job they have ever done for me. I am moving to another county and so disappointed that I can no longer use them. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a new dishwasher and had Schrade Plumbing install it, Dec 23, 2014. First they charged me for the second man who watched the other man do the work, about twice what the competition would charge. Spoke with a women, who said she was the manager, about being overcharged, and just got 'attitude' about it, something about ‘sometimes they run into problems and need a second man’, and agreed to send out another person to secure it. They came out the next day and secured it, but they didn't level it, and it is not flush with my cabinets, like the old one. Have left them a note that they need to come back and finish the job, level it, and make it fit flush with my cabinets. Have not heard from them but they sent me a check for $70, but I still need them to finish the job.

They were incredible! I needed my water heater replaced. From my initial call to the install of the new water heater the service I received was excellent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Called about a busted water line in our front yard, they were an hour early from the set appoint time. Joey was excellent, fixed the leak, cleaned the mess and explained everything and the total was less than I expected. My family has used them for as long as I can remember... at least 20 years and the service has always been the same. Highly recommend and will only use them.

Had a gas leak, which you can imagine was the end of the world for me. They came and gave me an honest, affordable quote. Did such a great job I recommend them to anyone needing work done if you need it. GOOD people!

Had a PVC pipe leak under my A/C unit. Charlie came out same day and resolved very quickly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would use Schrade Plumbing again, but I'd always ask for Charlie.

Richard showed up on time even though I did not hear the call to let me know he was on his way. He was neat and professional and fixed my problem with a minimum of distruption. This is the 3rd time over the past 20+ years and every experience with Schrade Plumbing has been good.

The woman who answered the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. I called to get a camera scope and she seemed inconvenienced, and immediately started telling me about their minimums and payments.... never once did I indicate that I had an issue paying any amount and gladly would paid, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere for better customer service. I would have loved to support a fellow Rowlett business, but not this time.

I have used Schrade Plumbing for approximately 10 years for various plumbing needs. I have done everything from re-routing water lines, to unclogging drains, to replacing water heaters. Their service is fast and their price is competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

I am trying to sell my house and as a part of that process, I needed to replace 2 faucets in my bathroom. I've done it many times before but couldn't this time because I had recently hurt my back and couldn't get under the sink. The simple request was to remove two old faucets ad replace then with new ones, which I provided. I purchased the faucets for $59 apiece for a total of $118. I knew in advance that they would charge $110/hour plus parts. I told the plumber when he arrived that I had plenty of plumbing parts so if he needed anything to let me know. I had figured $110 as my bil since it took me 20 minutes to switch out a faucet my self but I had to pay for a full hour. Three hours later this guy presents me with a bill for $500. He even took 45 minutes for lunch which he charged me for. I paid the bill because I had agreed to the terms of the contract but I will never use this company again. They are overpriced, inexperienced and obviously not trustworthy. Don't use Schrade Plumbing...unless you like wasting money!

Dusty arrived on time and did an awesome job. He fixed a stopped up bathtub and put a new pop up assembly in the bathroom sink. He was very professional and explained what he did and why. The bill was very reasonable. I was impressed and will definitely use them again.
