I had a problem with the bottom pipe on my sink coming undone and leaking. They came out the same day I called and charged me a fraction of the price that a big corporate plumbing company the previous year charged to “fix” this. Wasden actually took the time to explain why the problem was happening and offered solutions to prevent it from happening again after they fixed it. Blown away with the professionalism and customer service today. Will be using them for all future plumbing needs!

So, the tank on the toilet was leaking due to it being loose. Wasden was great! I called on Saturday to schedule an appt for Monday. They asked what the problem was and when I explained it, he actually offered to come by right then to make sure the water was off so I wouldn't have to deal with standing water in there for 2 days, which I thought was above and beyond nice! So Jonathon came within 10-15 minutes, made sure the water was off and it wasn't leaking and left to go to Ft Worth. I can't say enough about how good and efficient Aaron and helper were this morning - they got it done in about 30 minutes so I could get to work. Wasden is definetely my go-to plumbers!

I contacted Wasden Plumbing Services at 4:20 PM on a Wednesday. the repairs were completed by 11:15 AM the next morning and at 40% less than another bid. I can't thank or recommend them enough.

His team, especially Tyson and Hayden, were absolutely wonderful! The did an amazing job changing the location of our hot water heater to our attic, installing our new tankless, installing our whole home water filtration system and bypass, and installing our Moen water monitor and shutoff. Tyson and Hayden promptly answered and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. They were extremely informative and kind, their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left the area immaculate.

Day after Christmas they came with smiles on their faces ready to do whatever was needed to help my problem! I thought it was a lot worse than what it was and as always this company is professional, kind, knowledgeable and always doesn't excellent job! Tyson and Landon were amazing!

Always prompt and trustworthy. I had two outside leaky faucets and thought I would have to replace but they fixed them and saved me a bunch of money. Other plumbers would just replace and take the paycheck. I would recommend their service to anyone having plumbing issues.

Ok sorry for the late posts however I thought I had posted it but it was never sent I must say this is one of the most professional accurate sufficient awesome wonderful spectacular plumbing companies I've ever seen in my life. Matt Jackson, their service manager met me at my property because I had a meter spinning at my duplex at half a gallon per second when the water was turned on. I had heard the meter ticking, but didn’t see the display on the screen. He showed me how to make the display pull up, and it actually showed no flow. There was no leak. How it was ticking before and then stopped is beyond me, but it seems there was no problem. I felt terrible that I had called him to come out when there was indeed no leak. He still stayed to manually test just in case the meter had gone bad, by manually testing with a water pressure gauge inside. if there is a leak when the meter is holding pressure, and even showed me preventative maintenance items that can help prevent sewer backups, and didn’t charge at all for the trip out. Very knowledgeable, very professional, and I cannot recommend enough!

The Wasden team are real experts. They were able to recommend a great solution when my gas water heater needed to be replaced. I was able to save a significant amount of money, and I now have a system that literally handles double the capacity of the previous system in less than half the space. The team's knowledge and experience is apparent in the way they evaluate problems, propose solutions, and execute the work.

I will continue using Wasden for any future plumbing services I need. I will also be recommending them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I can only say do not hesitate to use Wasden Plumbing Services. My realtor recommended them and she was right on the money. Another plumber quoted me $27,000 for replacement of a few cast iron sewage pipes that were rusted out and leaking. Matt came to inspect the pipes, which were intact and it was dry as a bone under my pier and beam house. No work even needed!! He saved the day and I'll be eternally
grateful! If you need a plumber, look no further. Just call them!

Matt and his crew made it out to my house same day, (earlier than expected - which I appreciated) and replaced my busted pipe in 5 minutes! I thought there was going to have to be some demo involved to reach the leak, but nope! They got in there and fixed it like it was nothing, demo free!! Great service!

Excellent company! Professionalism and customer service is top-notch. After being told by Atmos energy that I had a gas leak and them shutting my gas off I had called another company originally, and after that company came out I was very uncomfortable with them and the plumber they had sent out. I felt like it was just a money grab. So I called this company on a late Saturday afternoon and they still answered the phone and answered all of my questions patiently and without rushing me. My gas was already turned off, so there was nothing they could do until Monday as far as getting it fixed and back on. They showed up on time and after testing the line told me that in fact, I did not have a leak. Atmos came back out and turned the gas back on. And Wasden then drove back over and double checked everything just to ease my mind. They were honest and extremely understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that asked for a plumber recommendation
