These guys are great! They have done several jobs for me including plumbing a remodeled primary bath. This time they ran a gas line to the kitchen in my new home and fixed a leak that was coming from the tub upstairs to my laundry room downstairs. They also installed my gas range. Brendan, Matt, and all the others do excellent work and are a pleasure to work with.

I had an issue with our water heater and called Pope Plumbing. We were able to get quick service and the workers were extremely helpful and friendly and fixed the issue within minutes. I highly recommend them and will use Pope in the future. Thank you so much!

I called Pope plumbing initially to get a bid on moving some plumbing around in my kitchen. The lady that took my call was pleasant and helpful in helping schedule a plumber come out to my home to bid the work. I let her know I needed to know the time they will be coming out due to my busy schedule. She informed me the only way they could guarantee a time is to be a “first call.” She did not have any first calls available for several days, but we went ahead and scheduled the appointment out for the day they had available. Fast forward to the day of service, it’s 5 minutes past the “guaranteed first call” and no plumber present. I then received a call from Pope Plumbing stating they are running behind and it will be another 30 minutes. WHAT!? What happened to the “first call?” How are you running behind if I was the first call? I specifically scheduled this appointment several days out at that specific time and moved everything around on my schedule to make this work. Save yourself several headaches and empty promises and take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Michael and Josh serviced the water leak underneath my house today. I was very impressed with them both! They were extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the process. I was so pleased with the customer service of this company from beginning to end. They were affordable and did a great job! Thank you guys so much, I feel so comfortable referring you to my family and friends in the neighborhood.

My Hot water heater started to leak after 21 years of usage, we called Pope pluming with in 45 min they where at the house. The tech Jason did an excellent job, total professional. did excellent work the install looks great and well done. I would total recommend them to others. Great home town business in Rowlett

Really good experience with these guys. We sent a message at midnight asking to set up an appointment on short notice, and we received acknowledgment by 1 AM. We got in for 4:15 PM the next day. Our plumber Kevin was great, very friendly and explained what he was doing in detail. The only reason for 4/5 stars is that he was about 20 minutes late, and didn't get any communication at all from the office regarding the work requested. Once we said what we wanted, we were able to get a quote and the work done within the expected timeframe. Overall would definitely recommend.

I had contacted them via a referral from my neighbor to look at the drain line of my air conditioner in the attic. The original line did not have the proper drop angle & the air conditioning repair wanted to raise the entire system! Would have costs a thousand or more.

Pope plumbing came out, gave me a very reasonable estimate, came when they said they would and did a great job.

Contacted Pope Plumbing yesterday to perform a few toilet replacements in my house. They came out the next day, were prompt, courteous, professional, and fixed other various issues as they worked towards the goal without being asked or making it our problem. They did an excellent job and removed all traces that they were even at the house. I can't recommend them enough.

They were so Professional and Trustworthy. I had a gas leak and needed Help Fast. They came out inspected, and I had a quote in hours. Honest work was done. They did Not leave a mess in my backyard and they were so efficient. Helped me with the financial part of it as well. The guys and digging crew were Awesome. I highly recommend them. I have used Pope Plumbing for years because I have found them to be a business that does very good work and stands by their work, should a problem arise. Most recently I had a cartridge in a shower valve replaced. Dawson did the job quickly and without fuss or mess. I subsequently had to have the main valve replaced at the same location as the new cartridge. Dawson returned (I had asked for him) and he and his associate, Roberto, were able to replace the valve without removing any tile. That method caused them to have to cut an access hole that was blocked by a fire break. Somehow they managed to do the repair cleanly.

It's 2024 and I've been using Pope plumbing since 2008 when I purchased my house. Initially, they replaced a vitrified clay pipe sewer pipe with PVC due to some trees and some other issues. More recently, I needed to replace a grey water drain for a shower and today they replaced my toilet flange and updated some piping under the house. I even had them reseat a second toilet that was wobbly. My pier & beam house is located in NE Dallas and they continue to be very professional, honest & affordable.

I have used Pope Plumbing several times. Everyone I have spoken with at Pope Plumbing has been very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Very punctual with appointments. Price is reasonable. They take their time to explain the scope of service or findings. I highly recommend Pope Plumbing.

I was provided world class customer service from my very first phone call I made to Pope Plumbing. A technician arrived in a very timely manner and determined I had a slab leak. A noisy one for sure!! The next day Jason came out and worked magic. He was able to fix a complex problem in my home. He was my mindful of my pets, home office, and child. Total professional!! I truly appreciate Chris & Jason's expertise. 100% recommended!

At my job I was calling around for a same day plumber and no one could help. I stumbled on Pope in google search. They were there in one hour. Absolute best customer service and professional work. Fast forward to last week. PVC burst. They were there in a hour. They worked two days over the water, we float on the water. In cold weather all day. Yancey made sure there were no leaks and his helper was super nice.. Major repair at a great price. Professional. I am so impressed. I will never call anyone else again. We found our partner.

Had a water leak under my Foundation. Water running down the street. Contact the Pope. They sent out a technician. That Monday. Jason. The technician was very friendly very knowledgeable and arrived on time. The problem started when I try to get the work done. Contact the girls at the office regarding financing. Wanted to pay $1,000 down $200 a month till July and pay off the balance.$4300 Could never get the lady at the office to return my calls. Finally contacted her that Friday. She arranged for the work to be done the following Thursday.That Wednesday evening B4 received a call. It was Pope. They had to reschedule the work for the following Thursday. My house looked like a swimming pool being drained and they keep pushing me back. Contacted Ernie's Plumbing they came out same day made repairs by 5 p.m. Plus a new water heater.$4310.. you do the math...UPDATE. the owner of Pope Plumbing contacted me. After reading my review was very displeased with the service I received. He was very apologetic and try to make it right. He's trying to turn things around within the ranks of his company recently inherited. I believe he will do the right thing and lead the company in the right direction. I'm a give them another chance hopefully I will not have the need to do so IE water leaks

We had water gushing out of our bathroom, I ran out to turn water off and they were across the street. Not only did they get the water off for us, but they came inside and fixed our problem at 6pm on a Friday. Highly recommend and will be using in the future!!
