I was very proud and very grateful for the fact they were able to come in last minute at the tail end of us getting ready to close and they were able to get the job done quickly, and they even were willing to clean up for us. Greatly appreciative for their services.

Pope Plumbing — Dangerous Driver Alert

I normally don’t post reviews like this, but what happened today needs to be addressed publicly.

One of Pope Plumbing’s company drivers was driving extremely aggressively bright lighting my husband, swerving toward him, flipping him off, and nearly causing a wreck. This was in a clearly marked Pope Plumbing vehicle.

This wasn’t a simple mistake or a bad mood. It was deliberate, unsafe, and completely unprofessional behavior from someone representing a business on the roadway. If this driver behaves like this in a company vehicle, I can only imagine how they treat customers.

We’ve documented the incident and the vehicle. I strongly suggest Pope Plumbing take this seriously and correct the problem before someone gets hurt.

I would never trust a company that allows their employees to endanger other families on the road.

Dalton and Logan were.exceptional plumbers. They exceeded my every expectation and went above and beyond to get the job done. Despite some challenges with the job, they stayed the course. They were polite, courteous, respectful, truly high quality professionals. The response time was amazing, and the pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend Pope Plumbing Company.

Had a recent drain issue going on during the winter weather (not related) but as soon as we started thawing out Pope Plumbing sent out Diego and Roberto. They were great. Worked hard and explained everything they were doing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing and emergency or nuisance fix.

These guys are the best and most honest plumbers out there, combined with their knowledge about plumbing systems are the best choice! After I received two bids from other companies, one for a 25-45,000 range, one for $34,000, then I called Pope Plumbing. Instead of saying my entire sewer system was bad they tested like neither of the two other companies. After testing it was verified that I DID NOT need the entire system replaced. Instead of guessing, they were methodical about testing from both ends of my system, that was the difference! I now have a verified good entire sewage system with only a part of the system needing replacement. Our cost was about half of the others!

I have used Pope Plumbing a few times and I have to say they are truly wonderful. Yesterday, Roberto and Mike came to a property I manage and I thought it was going to be an expensive day, to my surprise it was not. Roberto called me to let me know what the issue was and that is was a simple fix, they are always so nice and have excellent customer service. They are the only plumbing company I use and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend using them, they are honest and very professional. When I call to make appointments they are also super nice. I love working with Pope Plumbing.

As longtime customers, we highly recommend Pope Plumbing! Always prompt in response, clear in explaining what is required and timely in completing the work, every plumber is knowledgeable and courteous.

Recently, we had two critical plumbing needs:
First, the Flood-Stop on our water heater failed in the closed position. The plumber promptly arrived and learned a replacement unit which was under warranty was required. With only a few minutes before the Friday afternoon closing, he hurried to the supplier, got the part, and returned to install the repair. Thankfully, due to his efforts, he successfully restored our hot water just as a multi-day winter event with sub-freezing temperatures was beginning!

Second, soon after the freeze, we found major water accumulation outside the slab. Our fear was that we had a broken pipe under the house. After investigation the plumber identified a failed pressure/heat valve on the water heater which was draining outside causing accumulation of the water next to the slab. To our relief, problem solved with a replacement water heater valve.

Our experience is Pope Plumbing provides dependable service and great customer service!

Trevor was great. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that needed to be addressed immediately. I called thinking it would be at least a day or so before someone could come out, and they were here to fix in just a couple hours and got me fixed. Very satisfied with Total Plumbing. Techs were very friendly as well. Good guys!!!

Total Plumbing Service INC blows every other plumber out of the water. My family and I had our house flooded from a lack of service by a different company earlier this year and Total Plumbing came to the rescue. Total Plumbing was extremely professional, educated, always on time, efficient, friendly, and put our needs first. We never felt like we were being scammed and were always aware of why and what was happening. With our house being flooded, we were tentative to trust another plumber. After meeting with the team, our confidence was quickly restored. They helped replace all sewer lines, water lines, and put a vent in our kitchen. All in all, these great group of men feel like family now. I can't thank them enough. Shoutout to Sergio and Alen for everything y'all did. You are truly a blessing from God.

Trevor did an awesome job! I had tried to DIY install a water filtration system under my sink and obviously I ended up with a leak.

So, being another local business owner, I went to the Chamber website and went with a Chamber recommended plumber!
Trevor showed up right before his windowed time, which was awesome, and was in and out! He took apart my DIY mess and got right to the problem and now I’ve got a working water filtration system!

Jonathan from Total Plumbing called an hour before he came, arrived on time, and was done with the work in under an hour. I was very pleased with his timeliness and efficiency.

Joe had helped us before, and told us in May that our water heater was rusting. We decided to have it replaced, and Joe came back out and remembered our history. Joe and his teammate performed their job with professionalism and kindness. Thank you.
