I was pleasantly surprised they were able to install the new toilet in such a short time and in my tiny bathroom. I've never called a plumber before. My dad was the family plumber, but he is 90 now, so my brother recommended these guys. They diagnosed that it wasn't the new sewer system that the city put in, but the toilet. I didn't realize just how bad the old toilet was until they installed the Kohler.

Jonathan and Fabian were prompt, professional and provided the answers we needed to make the best repair decisions for our needs. Their inspection and testing prices are fair and I felt that he was genuinely honest in his assessment.

Jonathan came into the house and found the problem immediately we did a pressure test to double check to make sure there is no other leaks. He went over and beyond. I would highly recommend Jonathan and this company as they are real pros.

Jonathan and his coworker Mark did a great job fixing the leak on the shower pan and drain. They are very professional and respectful. Jonathan is very knowledgable and good worker. Looking forward to using the shower again and very hopeful that the leak repair lasts for a long time. I am happy with the work from Total Plumbing.

Jonathan was thorough and professional. The problem was not easy to detect, but he persisted until he found a solution. And since it involved a major project Total completed two years ago, he assured me the company would take care of it and stand behind their work.

My tub has been slowly draining for awhile, and he came in, quickly diagnosed and communicated the process and quote before beginning the work. He introduced Marcus, who is new to the profession but eager to work. They were both considerate and respectful of one another's abilities and that shined through to me. Leadership is more than being able to do something well, it's recognizing greatness in others and building them up. Chris demonstrated that today. They worked well together!

The work was done well, and Chris suggested a few things I can do to maintain the flow of my drain. Thank you for your customer service, guys! It is appreciated more than you know!

First time calling a plumber and using Total Plumbing Service Inc. Was able to get a same day appointment to get help with a backed up kitchen sink and garbage disposal that was not working. Ashely helped me book the appointment and was very friendly. Alexis was able to come over very fast and was also friendly and knowledgeable and got our sink and disposal back running! Total Plumbing Services provided the emergency plumbing services we needed. Jubal was very professional, courteous and communicated his findings and options clearly. Work was completed in a timely manner. Charges were reasonable for the services rendered, including the off-hours emergency response charge (which was clearly communicated when the appointment was made).

We had both upstairs showers that really needed the valves replaced so that they would work, and work efficiently, with no leaks. Chris replaced both valves quickly and did a great job! He also let us know about other services that we might benefit from in the future for bathroom upgrades.

My place of employment had Total Plumbing come out and I was impressed with the workers they sent out. We work in a quiet environment. Jubal and Bobby arrived and understood the atmosphere immediately. That is a nice surprise- to not have to explain how to behave in a professional environment. The communication was excellent.
