I've used Total Plumbing, and specifically Jubal, a few times for issues on a decades-old residential plumbing system. It's always a great experience -- Jubal really knows his stuff, and knows my level of plumbing knowledge so we can have intelligent discussions about the options, costs, future implications and best way to proceed. I see no point in trying anyone else!

Would not use them as they over charge and do not actually try to find the problem before giving an estimate. Below is my story dealing with Total Plumbing Services

I called Total Plumbing Service as I had a leak in the yard. After explaining what was going one to the person on the phone they explained the trip charge and we schedule the service.

With the appointment the plumber told me in 15 minutes they would need to do a leak detection and the cost would be just under $500. As we need to know where the leak was in the yard I agreed. At the time I thought the leak detection would actually tell me exactly where the leak was. They did did their thing and within about 30 minutes determined there were two leaks. One they could see and the other just had bubbles coming from the ground. The leak was near a tree, but they did not try to look any further. They sent me videos through their portal which I could not even view due to the format. The pictures I received didn't even show the the spots where the leak were.

They then just told me would be cheaper to place a new line from the main to the house and it would cost be $4,900. And they could to the work on Monday.

I asked for the cost of just fixing the two spots one which was near the sprinkler box and the other by the tree. Without any investigation he told me it would be more expensive and then quoted $5,300 to fix the two spots. I did think this was odd.

After talking a back and forth with the office on how they can quote something without even digging and saying it seemed every high. Also paying $500 to do a leak detection which 1) it was already clear there is a leak and 2) they didn't determine what is occurring with the leak and was a lot of money for nothing. I also talked to the plumber on Monday to ask where they are putting the new line and he could really give me any details. Just I think i will go here. There was no real plan for it.

After this, I decided to get another quote. I am so glad I did. The second company came out and with 45 minutes and well under $500 able to determine exactly what was going on and even found the leak under the tree. With the other company I was able to get the two spots repaired which included the work to find the leak for just over $2,000. Over a $3,000 savings compared to Total Plumbing Services.

Total Plumbing Services doesn't seem to really care what the true issue is and just gives an over priced quote for what is easiest for them and what they think they can get the most out of someone. If you get a quote from them, I would 100% recommend getting a second quote.

I had a fantastic experience with Jubal today. He arrived on time and was precise and professional throughout. He patiently explained all of my options in detail, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. His work was thorough, and he went above and beyond by personally tracking down all the parts needed so the job could be completed the same day.

Not only was Jubal incredibly helpful, but he was also personable and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I truly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he gave me genuine feedback and opinions on what actually needed to be done - no upselling, just straightforward advice. Alexis was very professional and cordial. He didn't do any repairs, but he assessed what needed to be done and gave us the pricing we needed. He also explained options to give us the best pricing possible. The work will be done today.

Tyler Reynolds and partner did a fantastic job with the installation of our new water heater. We highly recommend them and Total Plumbing for anyone needing quality plumbing work!

The technician was very good. However the price was WAY too high for the work done. I had to pay $200 extra because it was Saturday, even though the tech was already on duty and came from the next town. He snaked the drain, cleared the clog, ran a camera down the pipes and recommended hydro-jetting them. He tried to get me to buy a maintenance contract on top of the nearly $800 he charged me for an hour of work. I needed the drain cleared because my wife is disabled and it couldn't wait. I'm on Social Security, so money is tight. I wouldn't recommend Total Plumbing unless you're desperate and have money to literally flush down the drain.

Total Plumbing provided us with same day service for a water cut off valve that was broken, preventing our refrigerator installers from completing the install of our built in refrigerator until it was repaired. Total Plumbing sent a tech right out and Josh had it repaired in a couple of hours! Josh did a great job! We now have our installers coming back out to complete the refrigerator install! Thank you Total Plumbing!

I called the company to fix a leak before a big trip and had hoped that it would be fixed. Two techs stated that it wasn't a plumbing issue but rather a sprinkler issue. So, my husband called two sprinkler companies and they both stated that it wasn't a sprinkler issue but rather a plumbing issue.
Frustrated, I wrote a negative review. Within a day, Craig called me and I explained why I had given them a poor review. He sent a different crew and they were more informative and understanding than the first crew. They fixed the issue and explained every cost beforehand.
When you contact them and find yourself unsatisfied, talk to Craig. He'll get it done.

Angel and Jorge were amazing! I had 2 leaky faucets that I needed repaired and they had them taken care of in no time! Reasonable prices and same day, fast, professional service. I highly recommend this plumbing service!

Jubel Mizell was first rate. Honest. And VERY informative. It was a very enjoyable visit even though it was costly. Bobby Manor was also here and he was just as great. I highly recommend Total Plumbing.

I recently had a great experience with Total Plumbing Service. Our technicians, Craig B. and his associate, were exceptional from the moment they arrived.

Alexis let me know ahead of time when he would be here and arrived promptly on time. He explained thr necessary repair needed and completed job in a professional, timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Alexis and his assistant.

I had a water heater issue that had came up unexpectedly and the guys were out next day right on time. Jesse and Mark got my unit fired back up and even took the time to explain the situation and parts responsible so that I could be more equipped to recognize issues in the future. Thanks guys I appreciate the extra time and effort spent.

The plumber did great work. My issue is paying just under $500 to replace a faucet cartridge. It's not the plumbers price, but the companies price. That's steep for what was done. The plumber was nice and knew where to find the part. Hats off to the plumber; however, probably will not call this place again due to the price.

Excellent service, fair price for the weekend. The service technician was respectful friendly and very knowledgeable. Jubel explained our 3 options.
And the work was completed.
Everything worked as expected and our bathroom was back to normal. We will definitely use this company again if we encounter any more issues.
