We had a serious plumbing issue with our sewer lines and Wasden plumbing was so helpful in finding the issue and coming up with a fair and reasonable plan to replace all our sewer lines. The team was professional and did great work. Several months after the job we had water out in front of the house, Matt came out serveral times at no charge to confirm we had no leaks. Turned out it was a City of Plano issue. I would highly recommend Wasden plumbing for any plumbing repair.

Wasden came out and did some repairs on my house, four days later I thought I had a leak again. Turns out it was due to heavy amounts of rain.
I called the office upset stressed out, the manager Matt showed up within twenty minutes, just a few mintutes later the owner pulls up. They ran the test and assured me no leaks and even walked me through the whole process. So if you think you still have a plumbing problem after the repairs are done stay cool and dont get salty like I did because these guys are on it.
Brandan did a great job as well with the repair.

We had a major lightning strike near our house that caused several of our electric devices to break. Wasden Plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule the next day to evaluate our tankless water heaters. At first, they thought they might be able to repair the modules but found out the mother boards were discounted 3 years ago. They got us back in the schedule quickly to install a new tankless water heater. The team was always on time and did a great job on the installation. I would recommend Wasden Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I can’t recommend Wasden Plumbing enough. After a nightmarish experience with Berkeys, Wasden came in, solved the problem quickly and ethically, and reminded me what honest, high-quality service looks like.

I originally contacted Berkeys because I didn’t have hot water. The technician who came out immediately told me I needed to replace my entire water heater for $2,700. He claimed water heaters have to be replaced every six years, didn’t check for leaks, and refused to drain the tank to inspect for sediment. When I asked him to at least try, he warned me that doing so could cause the tank to disintegrate from buildup and flood my house. I was scared into replacing it. But after spending thousands, I still didn’t have hot water.

Berkeys then sent the same technician back — the one who hadn’t solved the problem the first time. He said the issue was a valve in my shower, replaced it, and then tried to charge me another $500. I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay for a repair that only became necessary because of his original misdiagnosis. He rolled his eyes at me and got defensive. I pushed back and said, “You told me water heaters need to be replaced every six years, but I looked it up and found they typically last 10 to 15 years.” He doubled down and said, “Well, in all my years of experience, they last six.” He couldn’t have been older than 30.

Eventually, and clearly annoyed, he waived the charge — but the whole exchange was condescending and uncomfortable. And to top it off, replacing the valve still didn’t fix the problem.

When I got my water bill, I realized I had a leak. I called Berkeys and specifically asked for a different technician moving forward, because I no longer trusted the first one. They promised to send someone else — but then I got a notification on my phone that the same rep was on his way again. I called them to advise of this and they blamed their dispatch team, and sent someone else.

Another Berkeys tech came out, checked the meter, and told me I had both a hot and cold water leak. They sent a leak specialist who was apologetic about my previous experience. He told me I needed a full-house repipe for $17,000, and that it wasn’t worth trying to locate the leak — though they’d do it for $400. I declined and said I needed to seek a second opinion.

A trusted realtor, Micah Allen from Keller Williams Rockwall (incredible realtor with top notch service) recommended Wasden Plumbing, and I’m beyond grateful they did.

Matt from Wasden showed up and immediately made me feel at ease. He was kind, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. He actually listened to what I was experiencing, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything he was doing step-by-step. He quickly found the true issue: a single hot water leak. The reason the water meter had made it seem like there were both hot and cold leaks was because cold water was crossing into the hot line. It was simple — and fixable.

Wasden resolved everything quickly, with no scare tactics, no upselling, and no pressure. The total cost? $1,300 — a fraction of what Berkeys quoted me. And it was done right.

They treated me with honesty and respect from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, their work was efficient, and their communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about doing right by me as a customer.
