I had a great experience with Jack! He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how honest and helpful he was throughout the whole process. He was able to get everything taken care of and even went above and beyond to help me understand the issue and explained the solutions. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping their customers. I’m very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend Jack to anyone who needs HVAC service 💯

Extremely disappointed w/ my experience w/ this business. Back in April our home Insurance sent SERVPRO out to our home to assess an issue. We had the problem fixed by another company. So I was SHOCKED to receive a nearly $600 invoice for equipment. When I called with questions, Heather returned my phone call & when I tried to explain that it may have been a mistake bc we went through our insurance & that $600 was a significant expense for my family she was extremely dismissive, rude, & showed no empathy.
The unexpected bill along with terrible customer service from Heather, left a very bad impression and I wouldn’t recommend this company. I suggest looking for a more professional, personable, & affordable company.

I cannot say enough good things about Arthur Heating & Air.

Before calling them, I had already been told by three different local HVAC companies that I needed to replace my entire A/C system. I was quoted around $15,000, and I was literally within about an hour of moving forward with the installation when I decided to get one more opinion.

Arthur Heating & Air was my fourth call, and I am extremely glad I made it.

My system is a 2013 model, and instead of immediately recommending replacement, they actually took the time to properly evaluate what was going on. They found that the main issue was an overly restrictive air filter that was limiting airflow, which was contributing to the system freezing up. They also discovered that my main drain line was clogged.

They corrected the issues, and my total cost was only $414.

That is a huge difference from spending roughly $15,000 on a complete replacement.

What impressed me most was that they took the time to diagnose the actual problem instead of assuming that an older system automatically needed to be replaced. My A/C is now working properly, and I am extremely thankful that I called Arthur Heating & Air before making such a major purchase.

If you are being told you need an expensive A/C replacement, I strongly recommend getting an opinion from Arthur Heating & Air first. My experience with them was professional, thorough, and potentially saved me thousands of dollars.

Jax was amazing. He arrived on time and did a great job with the evaluation, taking pictures and showing me everything on the unit itself, then explained all my options. This is a great company who did exactly what they promised to do. Pricing was well documented and fair. The crew who installed the new HVAC system, insulation and re-did our ductwork was exceptional. Eric, Robert and Marcos were respectful, kind and the quality of their work was amazing. Highly recommend. I won’t use anyone else going forward.

I replaced a 19 year old Lennox 5 ton single speed HVAC system with a new Lennox 5 ton EL18 variable speed HVAC system as well as a secondary return. Initially, I called Arthur because they were rated high on Google, they are local, and they had an efficient means to sign up for an appointment. The technician came promptly on Monday, inspected my old system, showed me pictures and I agreed we needed a new system. This is in late June, so I figured I would have to wait in line for an install date. Heck no, they were ready to install the next day. This is phenomenal speed and the install crew were professional and good at their craft. Another technician came and cleaned out my condensate line that very evening to ensure tip top operation. They even had a plumber come over pro-bono in the morning to help me with my condensate drain in my newly installed bathroom vanity. I have a ten year parts and labor warranty with Arthur on this new system. I know I am in good hands. This is a great HVAC company.

From the guy who advised me on tree species and lot placement to the guy who delivered and planted, Covington's is the best. I've bought 2 trees from them and plan on getting the next 2 from them as well.

Maddie is AMAZING!! She has helped me and my mother/ sister in law repot many of our plants and there is no one we trust more! She is very knowledgeable, definitely ask for her at your next visit!

Dylan and his three man crew, Melvin, Adan and Hector, came to my home yesterday (3/5) to set my wife's monster rock bench in place and plant a six headed Yucca rostrata for me. The crew hit the mark on all aspects of the jobs and exceeded my expectations when they took the time to correct my un-level flagstone work.

I have driven past Covington's for 30 years and finally went in today and all I can say is WOW!! The selection, in every area, is amazing. We weren't on the shopping floor for 45 seconds before we were greeted by an employee and promptly helped with finding the exact plants I was looking for. I am so happy with my Passion Flower Vine and my aromatics!! I won't waste my time anywhere else ever again. 10/10 Service and Selection

The nursery is very large with but organized and well laid out. The staff is always helpful and friendly and there are usually quite a few employees available to help.
The plants are always healthy and there is a large selection. They also carry a large selection of pots and yard decorations.
Plan on spending at least an hour to acquaint yourself with all of the different sections. Also note, they have bulk dirt, soil, mulch etc and an office for large orders.

I like their roses the colors are unique and unlike any I’ve seen at other nurseries.

I purchased bulk soil blend and compost. Process was easy in-and-out. The machine operator was friendly and precise in dropping the product. Bulk product can be ordered at the customer service counter in the checkout area.

Greg was very helpful to me, I came in as a first time tree buyer and he gave me great knowledge and guidance. Thank you very much Greg! I cannot wait for my new tree to arrive!

Probably the best Japanese maples in the metroplex, and for sure the nicest staff. Had the best time here and is worth the drive from where ever you may be. 10/10

Covington's is by far THE BEST in the DFW area! I've spent hours shopping and just looking around for inspiration. The prices are fair and the quality is exceptional! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable an extremely helpful. The grounds so beautiful and clean, it feels as if your in a park.

Phenomenal customer service. Although the houseplants are super priced up. Can get the same thing from Lowe’s for half the price.

Sarah and Lily out by the Christmas trees were a delight. Sarah took her time showing me each of the types of trees and the flocking options. She also gave me some great advice on a few of my plants I had bought earlier.

El upstairs was outstanding helping me pick out a gift for my niece. They understood all the words I did not and gave great input on what type of care each plant needed.

Orion helped me in checkout and was just delightful.

All your people are awesome. The work they did yesterday was exceptional. They are polite, professional and very personable. Thanks for a job well done.
