Michael of Lawn Nerds is fantastic! I first used him when I had an overgrown property. He responded quickly and got me back in compliance. It was a super job at a more than fair price. I highly recommend Lawn Nerds.

I hired Lawn Nerds to install Christmas lights on the house. They had fair pricing, on time, answered all my questions and installed the lights in a timely fashion. The end result was beautiful and professionally installed.. Thank you very much, we now have the best looking house in the neighborhood..(our opinion 😉

Fantastic owner! Fantastic and honest service. Man of character and good work ethic. He won't overcharge you for something he isn't capable of doing and has no problem reaching out to other reputable help if he isn't qualified to do a certain task. Dependable and honest. I had complete confidence and trust to leave him alone at my home while I was gone. Highly recommend for any work you may need.

Awful communication & does not show up when they say they have us scheduled. We were supposed to be on a recurring service with them but my husband always had to reach out multiple times to see when they would be coming by to mow. Do Not Recommend if you are looking for a reliable lawn service

Called, someone answered and hung up before I could say hi. I call right back and get sent to voicemail. If this isn't your business number then you should change that, if it is I guess you got enough work you don't need new customers to be answering the phone like that.

Joaquin and his team are true professionals. Honest, hardworking, and affordable. We loved working with him. They layed 14 pallets of sod, fixed our sprinkler system, and layed 24X24 pavers to our shed.

Very good communication. Called them yesterday and they came and fix my sprinkle today. Enjoyable folks with honest suggestions. They charged reasonably and also offered me a discount at the end stating they had fun working at my place 😊.
I only asked them to fix my 5 sprinkles which were not working properly. But they checked the whole system and made a few additional changes to make my system more efficient.
They also told me they do fences and landscaping too. I am definitely going with these guys if I ever need their services.

Without a doubt Mendoza landscaping & Fence is one of the best and honest contractor in this part of Texas. They did a fantastic job on our fence after the December 2015 Tornado. Also his landscaping work is Exceptional !!! Highly recommend !!!

J Mendoza landscaping services is one of the best and honest contractor i have met. His crews was very polite and all did great work. They installed water Sprinklers, laid grass, and did all of my wonderful landscaping. ON top of that they created a Patio Arbor will A brick and stone top wall and stone walk way. Everything they did turned out wonderful and they did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and when they said they would a great team to work with. !!! Highly recommend for any outdoor task !!!

We had 3 trees planted by JLM. One died almost immediately. When trying to get a warranty replacement, I was strung me along for nearly a year before they quit responding entirely. After several months, I even told them I was willing to pay for the replacement if they could get it done soon. Still ignored and treated poorly. Final straw was this string of texts after he told me a week ago that he would "definitely" get it done this week:

Me: So what's the plan? You said something had to be done this week or it wouldn't get done...
JLM: I had to start a 7-11 and Starbucks this week.
Me: Ok...I'm trying to be patient. I know you're busy and I don't want to have to keep bugging you about it, but I first spoke to you about this in October and it was supposed to be done in January, and then the first week of February, then last week, and then this week. When will it get done?
JLM: Never now. It's somebody else. Don't text me again.

If you want bad trees and bad customer service, call JLM. If you want to be treated like a customer, call anybody else.

To top it all off, I tried to return the dead tree and they threatened legal action against me! STAY AWAY!
