We highly recommend Jose Fajardo for your Landscape projects. We have hired him for several years for various projects from general yard maintenance, landscaping , flowerbed design and installation, as well as, stone and patio installation. He also has trimmed and removed some very large trees. Give him a call!

The experience I had with Independent Landscaping was amazing!!! The cost was competitive, the customer service was amazing, the results were completely what I wanted. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any landscaping or concrete work. Great job.

Last year I was planning on doing my backyard. This guy came out and visited the house, and I never heard back from him. He was suppose to give me an estimate.

Looking to finally get my backyard done this year, and accidently called this company again. I didn't realize it was the same company who disappeared last year, until I searched my emails. Took several days and he is not responsive.

Long story short, if I have this much difficulty getting an estimate, I can't trust him to complete his work.

I talked to the owner Jose and asked him to send me quotation about doing stonework on my front yard he told me to text him the details and I texted him what I wanted and also shared a picture of what I wanted he said he will get back to me but he did not up to today. So not a good company to do business with. He could have just said he is booked and I would have understood and look for other Landscaping companies. So no I would not recommend this business!!!

I was looking for a simple retaining wall to match the stone that I put in another area of my landscape over 20 yrs ago. Jose and his crew did it all in a fantastic way. Once they took care of that, I had them do some other flagstone and irrigation work. They worked hard and fast, even when it was bitter cold outside. I would strongly recommend them.

Jose and his team just finished a redesign of our front and side yards. He and his team were professional, flexible, on-time and on-budget. They collaborated with us makes changes along the way - and we are very happy with the results. All old plantings were removed, new downspout drainage solutions were installed, new stone beds were built and planted, the yard was graded, new sod installed, and the irrigation system was updated. Independent Landscaping built our dream fence. When we set out to search for companies to do our fence, they offered very competitive pricing. We ran into some bad weather in the process which caused delays, but the crew worked tirelessly to complete the fence on time. We wanted a horizontal fence with a bit of a feature section. We would definitely recommend Jose for future work. We appreciated his honesty when we were deciding on the type of trees and landscape work we wanted done. Based on the ability to care for the landscape, he gave great recommendations instead of just giving us what we wanted (due to our lack of knowledge on trees and flowers). We appreciated his integrity and wealth of knowledge. He adjusted our sprinklers for optimal coverage and he and his team were on time and available for any questions/concerns. We are very happy with the results and the education provided to keep our yard looking great!

Had a very difficult project with a retaining wall that needed repaired/replaced and a new fence and a very complicated site with the neighbor having just recently installed artificial turf that Went right up to the retaining wall edge. From the very beginning Jose and crew were very attentive and understood the project details and executed flawlessly. Could not be happier with the end results and especially given the circumstances and difficult site conditions cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and attention to detail of this contractor.Would 100% without any reservation recommend this contractor Jose and his team to anyone looking for any work. Jose and is Independent Landscaping crew recently redid the border around my flower beds and added a border around my tree at a very fair price. They were fast and efficient, left no mess behind, and I'm very satisfied with their work. Def recommend, and plan on using again in the future for other projects.

Absolutely amazing!!! Went from ‘freeze brown’ to magnificent spring colors. Jose and his team did an outstanding job. Lots of work to remove the long established shrubs that did not survive the great freeze. Excellent rock work, shrubbery installation, timely, professional, bed development, edging installation… and irrigation!! Reasonably priced, easy to work with, excellent results!!

My wife and I are both tremendously pleased with our new stone retaining wall. Jose is clearly customer focused. He was quick to respond to questions, quoted a reasonable price, and did the work promptly. The end result looks great.

The job took two days, with a crew of 4 for most of the time. They left the area in finished condition, with everything backfilled, leveled, and picked up. When/if we need more work like this done, Independent Landscaping will absolutely be our first choice.

Jose and his Independent Landscaping crews transformed our original 1992 'builder's package' of 'played-out-hedge-look' landscaping into a beautifully updated property that we are so proud of and one that gets lots of envious compliments from family, friends and neighbors! High quality workmanship, high quality materials (grass, plants, flowers and stone), attention to detail and promptly starting and completing our project were all delivered at a very fair price by Jose and his crews. Jose helped us with evaluating sunlight/shade conditions, adjusting sprinkler system coverage on our property and with matching appropriate grass, flowers and shrubs to our sunlight/shade conditions. All of this is essential to a dramatic 'right now' look but even more important to the long term beauty, perennial plant value and ease of maintenance of our landscaping. We also had Independent Landscaping install a stacked boulder tree-well and great looking flagstone over our original ugly cement porches as well as a flagstone patio extension. These guys literally can do it all and do it all very well and that is very efficient, convenient and most rare these days. The transformation is stunning and everything we hoped it would be plus some. An appreciated additional bonus is that I'm getting ongoing praise from my wife for my 'brilliant' decision to have Jose and Independent Landscaping create our new suburban oasis! Independent totally transformed my yard with a free design and great installation!
He also installed a beautiful antique brick sidewalk over crushed granite which turned out beautiful!
We discovered a drainage problem and Independent installed a perfect system that works like a charm!
Lastly we needed a pavestone back sidewalk and cottage patio and I turned over to Jose and his design and installation was perfect.

Independent landscaping was professional from start to finish! Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and provided beautiful flowers and shrubs that worked for our shady yard. His crew worked very hard and left everything in pristine condition. Independent Landscaping met and exceeded my expectations in cost, quality, professionalism, and timeliness. Even when I made changes or asked to add various elements to the project midway through, Jose responded immediately and kept things moving fast. I was impressed with all of the workers on his crew and how diligently they worked from 8:00-6:00 every day until the job was completed. They even took great care to clean up each day before leaving.
