the carpet and upholstery cleaning was very professional from start to finish, and i would 100% recommend using a professional carpet cleaning service instead of trying to do it yourself. my family and i used to handle the cleaning on our own, but the difference in results is night and day. the carpets looked fresher, the furniture felt cleaner, and the whole house had a much better clean scent after the service. ross and matthew were very kind, careful, and easy to work with, and they explained the process in simple terms. they paid attention to detail, treated the home with respect, and made sure the carpet fibers and upholstery were cleaned thoroughly. based on the quality of the work, i would also look into their other services like pet stain treatment and water extraction. with the texas heat, it really helps to have carpets and furniture professionally cleaned to keep the home feeling fresh and comfortable. 5/5, highly recommend.

Can you trust this company. Their address claims to be located inside Royse City Walmart. Anyone seen them there? Their website claims to be a member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Don't seem to be on their website. If they damage your carpet, and it happens, you'll never see them again.

Called them for carpet cleaning was scheduled fora date and time when the day came and the time was getting close to past due I called to make sure I was still on the schedule not 10 minutes later I get a call from a #; that was associated with the number I called and was told by a lady with broken English my technician had an emergency and would reschedule me for the following day I called the number listed with google and the person I spoke to had no idea or knowledge of the change and told me it might have been her boss let’s see if the show up but if you decide to use them I would have a backup if your situation is time sensitive like mine. If he are a no show I will advise well here it is the next day I was on for 10 am to noon no call no show at 12:30

I called for a area rug, couch, love set, and a chair. They gave me a cost of $88, $79, $79, and $75, I was good with that. Then the gentleman shows up and we go over everything and it changes.
They only clean cushions that are exposed at the time they show up, and the cost changes and did not get the one small stain out.
The rug is 8'X11' he only cleaned the exposed area would not move or let me move the furniture to clean the rug under the furniture, and it is still dirty. I called them the next day to explain my concern and told them I was going to leave a bad review, and he did not care. We will not be using this company again unless they can make it right.
