This place is a scam. Beware. We paid $335 for a rug cleaning service that was completed in about 20 minutes, and we’re not satisfied with the results. When we pointed out areas that still looked dirty, the technician did a couple of additional passes but said the issue was part of the rug’s design. Unfortunately, it is still not properly cleaned, and we feel the job was rushed and not worth the price we paid. They claim they are at Walmart, but I haven’t seen them…

Matthew was extremely respectful and well-mannered. Our carpet looked noticeably cleaner and brighter after the cleaning. A soot spot on the stairs was completely removed - such a win! The reason for the 4 stars is simply because a tea stain and some dust lines under the doors remained. In addition, the areas behind the doors and beyond the beds were overlooked. However, even with these minor issues, I'm delighted with the overall result. The carpet in our Royse City home definitely feels fresh and clean. We're very pleased with the service provided.
