Repaired leaking external gas line. Service Technicians Mike and Kyler were the best most helpful service providers I’ve ever worked with. Nice people. Jeff the service manager was a real problem solver between the work and city inspectors. Exceptional. Michelle was the go to communicator for making all moving parts work together like a well oiled machine. Best home repair service I’ve ever worked with.

I would give them no stars if I could. The plumber replaced my bathtub faucets and left close to half inch space between the faucet and tile.
They lied to my warranty company so they would not have to do the work on the worn out cartridges controlling the on/off and temperature control. They said it’s not normal wear and tear. Hello you turn something on and off and hot and cold enough it’s going to wear out!! -

What everyone else said about this company is true. If your Home Warrenty sends them to your house you can request a different provider. Please do that.
Do not let them step foot in your house. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and requested someone different. They are not honest (they told the home Warrenty that they replaced my pot filler & they never replaced it and then said he will send a request for a $40 cash out option to replace it. He called that builder grade, but really just found the cheapest pot filler on Amazon). They do not take care of their customers. They are only worried about keeping the Home Warrenty company happy. That seems to be only business they do… and that is for a reason. I’ve had a Home Warrenty for years & have never had an issue with their providers like this one.In response to the owner’s unprofessional response… (this shows you what you are dealing with):
I did read the policy. It states they will replace it with a similar item at a “reasonable cost”. Have they read the policy? It does NOT say they will only replace with the cheapest one you find on Amazon… what they told me and the link they sent to me. I’m not asking for a $500+ pot filler replacemnent, but I am asking for a middle of the line one. I was thinking around $100-$150. Not the cheapest you can find on Amazon. That is reasonable.If your item needs to be repaired it is a toss up as to what you will get. They fixed my shower head. They first tried to repair my faucet & made it worse… it went from only leaking when I turned it on to leaking continuously all over my kitchen.
If you need an item replaced, they will find the cheapest one on Amazon. This is not what your policy states… although they will tell you it does.
