Reeves Pro Plumbing recently completed rough-in on an existing concrete slab and top-out on a project for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! In terms of quality, schedule, and overall customer experience the entire team was top notch. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Randall and his crew did an amazing job for us. The previous owner of our house had left us with a major plumbing issue, and we had been quoted absolutely astronomical prices by some of the big outfits in town. Randall, Tyler, and Charlie did the job for a great price and did absolutely top-notch work. We could not be more grateful for their help, and we will call again whenever we need plumbing work! Five stars!

Repaired leaking external gas line. Service Technicians Mike and Kyler were the best most helpful service providers I’ve ever worked with. Nice people. Jeff the service manager was a real problem solver between the work and city inspectors. Exceptional. Michelle was the go to communicator for making all moving parts work together like a well oiled machine. Best home repair service I’ve ever worked with.

I would give them no stars if I could. The plumber replaced my bathtub faucets and left close to half inch space between the faucet and tile.
They lied to my warranty company so they would not have to do the work on the worn out cartridges controlling the on/off and temperature control. They said it’s not normal wear and tear. Hello you turn something on and off and hot and cold enough it’s going to wear out!!

What everyone else said about this company is true. If your Home Warrenty sends them to your house you can request a different provider. Please do that.
Do not let them step foot in your house. I wish I would have listened to the reviews and requested someone different. They are not honest (they told the home Warrenty that they replaced my pot filler & they never replaced it and then said he will send a request for a $40 cash out option to replace it. He called that builder grade, but really just found the cheapest pot filler on Amazon). They do not take care of their customers. They are only worried about keeping the Home Warrenty company happy. That seems to be only business they do… and that is for a reason. I’ve had a Home Warrenty for years & have never had an issue with their providers like this one.

In response to the owner’s unprofessional response… (this shows you what you are dealing with):
I did read the policy. It states they will replace it with a similar item at a “reasonable cost”. Have they read the policy? It does NOT say they will only replace with the cheapest one you find on Amazon… what they told me and the link they sent to me. I’m not asking for a $500+ pot filler replacemnent, but I am asking for a middle of the line one. I was thinking around $100-$150. Not the cheapest you can find on Amazon. That is reasonable.

If your item needs to be repaired it is a toss up as to what you will get. They fixed my shower head. They first tried to repair my faucet & made it worse… it went from only leaking when I turned it on to leaking continuously all over my kitchen.

If you need an item replaced, they will find the cheapest one on Amazon. This is not what your policy states… although they will tell you it does.

I was directed to this plumber through our home warranty company. Mike came out and was very professional and quickly handled our repair. He was well prepared for the job ahead of time and was in our home for about 15-20 minutes. Great job! Highly recommended.

They were sent out as the contractor from American Home Warranty. I was very pleased. I was contacted by Michelle within minutes of filing my claim and she was able to schedule me ASAP. They came out today, fixed my 3 faucets, showed me what they did and were done within 30 minutes. Great friendly service.

As a formerly Pentagon Appointed Official to American Embassies, Defense Attache worldwide - my standards are critically high. All-Out Plumbing exhibited extraordinary professionalism in the execution of their roles and responsibilities with a gracious, no nonsense approach. I'd hire these men to work at our American Embassies!
    Very Respectfully

Outstanding service. They repaired my faucet link, replaced my garbage disposal, and fixed my running toilet in less than an hour. Couldn't ask for anything more. THank you All-Out Plumbing!!

Please, folks, do your research. If you have a home warranty company, please, if they suggest All Out Plumbing. If possible, request another company. They gave me an estimate on the non covered cost of a water heater replacement of $1665.00 . In 2018, codes were changed for installation of water heaters. We understand this, but when you put things inside the estimate that's not needed, or over priced. We are all smart people😉 Do your research. We all work too hard for our money to be ripped off.
So what does that tell you. Buyer be ware.👀
We decided to buy our own water heater and let a reputable company install it. They stand behind their work, and We all know this company. We are happy. Do your research. We may have passed on a free water heater, but we didn't get ripped off either. Plus, we came out on top. We still haven't heard back from them on our master bedroom faucets. Which is fine. I don't want them in my home anyway. They don't wear booties, I had to give them booties to put on their feet to come in our home.😕 ladies, we know how we are about our homes and carpets. 😄 DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! Don't get taken for your hard earned money. I hope they are happy with that $125.00 service fee. Once you're up to code. You won't have to worry about all the extra code upgrade charges when you need another water heater. 😉 Do your research, please. Be aware of plumbers who try to get over on consumers. My advice is not to do business with this company.

After we had to fight with the warranty company for almost two weeks (not their fault), I called for a water heater replacement. They were able to get us on the schedule the next day and came out exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and informative. Had it replaced quickly, and you can tell by looking at their work its a much higher level of quality than what was done before. I would highly recommend this company and intend for them to be my preferred plumbers from now on.
And BTW spoke with the office several times and found Michelle to be friendly and courteous, just goes to show you people treat you as you treat them.

Cant complain about the service. The plumber/technician was very thorough about what he was doing when replacing the water heater. Would have been done in about an hour start to finish if his company didn't send him with the wrong parts (ran to home depot). Other than that, I can only say it was a positive experience. FYI this company was referred to me via my home warranty services. The office admin, Michelle I think her name was, was very helpful as well when it came to the scheduling process and details of the work needed to be done.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!!! They charge over $1,200 for “modifications and code enforcement” on hot water heaters through American home shield. IF YOURE A HOME OWNER DO NOT USE THEM OR AMERICAN HOME SHEILD. We went and bought our own hot water heater through Home Depot and installed ourselves for $700 total. All out plumbing only gave us $205 for the hot water heater that is said to be “covered” in home insurance but it’s absolutely not covered. They nickel and dime you to death then hang up on you when you call them out on their bs. I can believe this company still exists. It’s fraud. Did I mention the horrible customer service? We had to call FOUR TIMES to get the rep to process our contract to get the money instead of paying them to replace it. Since WHEN DID WE HAVE TO BABY ADULTS TO DO THEIR JOBS?!? Horrible horrible companies

Two repair men came to help me today. I thought it was going to be a HUGE issue, but they quickly discovered the problem & corrected it. They were extremely professional, highly capable, and very kind. It was an outstanding experience. I hope they will be back. Thank you so very much!

My hot water heater busted and I was referred All Out Plumbing by American Home Shield, who I do not not have services with anymore. They came out, got a part number and then sent an estimate of $1100, not because of the hot water heater price, which was SUPPOSEDLY covered by AHS, but because of “modifications” and “code requirements”. When I called to gain an understanding from AHS they stated the vender sets the price.

It’s important to note that two months prior to this happening, I had an inspector come to my house. The inspector did a full inspection of my roof, appliances, floors, and etc. Everything with the appliances were up to code and good to go but now somehow, there was magically a problem. This is how I known the original 1100 assessment is a lie.

After deciding to do it myself for 750 dollars and get a cash-in-lieu offer. They only offered me 270 dollars. When I called both AHS and All Out Plumbing I didn’t get a straight answer from anyone on why the price was so low. When speaking to All Out Plumbing about where they got a 50 gallon, 40k BTU gas water heater for 270, they told me AHS sets the price. In fact they told me different totals for the cash-in-lieu off. All Out Plumbing stated they sent a total of 335 dollars and then American Home Shield said they got 270 and that was the hard price, so that’s what got.

Sad that I have to do this because I have never left a review for any company before but this was absolutely ridiculous. I’m blessed enough to be able to pay for this in my own but I can’t imagine someone who can’t afford this service. Disappointed to say the least.
