If your windows are looking sad and grimy like mine were, I highly recommend calling the Washer Bros. Super quick to respond, easy to chat with, and showed up exactly when they said they would. My windows are so clean now, I can see my neighbor judging me again with crystal clarity. Seriously, give these up-and-comers a shot – you won't regret it!

The cleaner did not finish cleaning 2/3rds of our house. Her vacuum was not working, and she didn't even mention it until the end. I specifically asked that bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting be the priorities. It was a lot of money to pay to not have the house cleaned. We won't be using them again, back on the hunt for a regular house cleaning service. -Disappointed

We chose them because they are listed as “ Google Guaranteed”. We made an appointment for a deep clean of a 5000 square foot home and had a conversation with Daniel about the extensive cleaning to be done and the base cost of $400 for the first four hours and the $65/each hour over four hours for two workers and $92/extra hours if three workers were needed. We estimated the job would take two days at a total price between about $1000-$1500. We agreed upon a first day arrival time between 9-10am and we rearranged other plans. The night before the scheduled first work day, I got a text from the company (Daniel?) asking if we could push the arrival time to “12pm or a little earlier, but 12 to be safe” because the workers were having to work and finish another job that went unexpectedly overtime. Additionally we were asked if the workers could come on the second day between 845-900am instead of the previously agreed upon timeframe of 9-10am. We agreed and again rearranged other plans.
Today at 11:25am, I texted Daniel and asked for an ETA. He replied and said they were finishing up the previous job “in about an hour” and then would start en route to us which would take another 50 minutes. I replied that the new arrival time was not what he had stated the night before and what we agreed upon. I asked if he would provide a discount on the job since they could not meet the arrival time. This was denied. That small discount would have been a good faith effort to keep our business but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked for the owner’s name and contact information and was told that I was, in fact, texting with the owner. We canceled the appointment as a result. We will choose another company that will follow through with what they say that they will do and are more interested in customer service.

Zavieus and his team did an amazing job on our exterior windows. They had not been done in several years so the difference was staggering. Well worth the cost, great scheduling and professionalism.

Arrived short staffed and charged us for the extra time spent completing the job.
Left all our floors sticky with something and took two days to respond, by which time, we had already re-mopped.
Damaged our stovetop and claimed it was already like that.

Update: Reply suggested they have pictures, which tells me they are liars too.

Every day that they have supposed to show up to clean my house for the past 3 weeks, I have been notified that they are behind schedule and are working on other customers houses and they need to reschedule for the following week. This makes it very apparent that this company does not have enough associates or prioritizes certain customers and not others. The sad part is, I manage 3 businesses that I was considering having Sparkle service depending on how they handled my personal needs. Definitely couldn't have this level of service at my businesses.

I cannot express how pleased I was with the service and the attention to details the Sparkle provided recently at home. I had requested a quote and date of service from 4 top cleaning services. All got back with me in a timely matter offering the same DEEP CLEAN service options and willing to meet date of cleaning. Sparkle not only beat the others in price but showed more care to wanting my business. I look forward to having Sparkle come back on a regular bases. They have earned my business and I'm sure will continue to as I share their info with my neighbors and friends.

They cleaned our apartment from top to bottom and it looks so much nicer now! They pay attention to detail and are quick and thorough. Good price as well for a deep clean. The owner also recommended several companies for home repairs and extermination which was super nice and helpful!
