I've been using Sparkle Cleaning Service for over a year and they are great! Very responsive when I text them (which I love that they text!!). If I address a portion that I want cleaned it's done and I don't have to continue to address it. Affordable and professional! Would recommend to anyone!!

My family will be moving in to a new house and we needed deep cleaning. My schedule was tight but Zadeus was helpful enough to make availability on the date and time I need their service. My husband arrived late (to open the house for their cleaner) but they did not charge us the full amount for almost an hour that they've waited.

This cleaning company is not appropriately knowledgeable or well versed in the care of higher end homes that have costly appliances or fixtures. Last week, a member of their cleaning crew came into my home and set down an oil based cleaning product (that is generally used to clean refrigerators) on top of our custom butcher block island counter top. The product then seeped through the butcher block and left a crescent shaped permanent oil stain in it, a $7000 mistake on the part of this company. We have cameras in our home and it recorded exactly what happened. We never received a formal apology from this company. Instead, we were told that they would try to come to fix it and gave several options to do so, including using hydrogen peroxide. Given that they weren't even knowledgeable enough to know that setting an oil based chemical product on custom butcher block was not ideal, we did not feel comfortable with their "expertise", so we contacted the manufacturer ourselves. The manufacturer warned us NOT TO USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE because it would then bleach the beautiful wood of the countertop (damaging it further). This is the second item in my home that they have damaged. When they first started cleaning my home, an antique limited edition bookend on my nightstand was shattered into several pieces by the person cleaning my home. In that case, I was able to get the bookend repaired myself at my expense. Information like this is important to know before hiring any company. This is the type of information that I would have found valuable BEFORE hiring this company

Unfortunately the owner's response to this review is inaccurate and untrue on multiple levels:
1. There were several times when the door to my closet was unlocked when your staff was cleaning the master bedroom, making it quite easy to take items out of the closet. I was actually quite gracious to not even mention the fact about my shoes missing because we do not have cameras in the master and could not actually confirm what happened with them. Whereas, with the stain on our kitchen, we STILL have video to show the damage that you left.
2. We actually described the entirety of what happened to the manufacturer, INCLUDING the fact that the stain was oil based. It's unfortunate that you choose to misrepresent conversations that you were not even privy to in your very inaccurate response. It is unfortunate, it truly is, and shows lack of integrity. The manufacturer explicitly told us that HYDROGEN PEROXIDE was not to be used on that countertop, but it's interesting that your rebuttal says otherwise. I assure you , we are much more invested in the integrity of items in our home than you are, and have NO REASON to misrepresent this.
3. I personally reported the broken bookend to the owner when it happened when we first started getting our home cleaned by you. Apparently, after all this time, you have forgotten---but I have not. We fixed it ourselves and the owner barely gave us an apology (consistent with his behavior now after the butcher block issue)
4. There were several instances of our home being improperly cleaned by your company (and I still have these texts, by the way), but I was gracious enough in my review to not even bring that up and was willing to work with you and allow your company time to correct the problem.
5. Our home has valuable items in it, and yes we unfortunately had ONE other cleaning company (Iris Cleaning Service) that stole from us (readers of this review can look at my other review about this company and see many other similar reviews about theft in other homes, as a reference). It is clear that you attempted to bring that up to discredit this WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE REVIEW about the DAMAGE YOU DID TO OUR HOME. The better thing to do would have been to ACTUALLY APOLOGIZE and rectify the situation. By time you told us that we should not try to get the stain out ourselves or it would "decrease your liability" almost 24 hours had passed. I have these texts also

The team arrived at the home promptly at the appointed time and went directly to work. They deep cleaned the home quite thoroughly getting places that hadn’t been cleaned since moving into the house.
The home smelled fresh and clean when they were finished. We were very well satisfied with the outcome.

I've used Sparkle TCS for several years now and they've always been professional and affordable. I normally clean my home myself but reach out to Sparkle when I need a deep clean or when I'm pressed for time. I've also utilized them to clean my carpets. I will continue to recommend them to all of my family and colleagues. Excellent service... Every time.

I have been using Sparkle Cleaning service for 5 years. Xavier and his team does such a great job... such great customer service and they are prompt. We started using Sparkle when we had to moved out of our apartment and now with our house. They help out tremendously after I had my babies. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We love Sparkle Cleaning Service! I will definitely use them again. They were very attentive to my wishes of using my own chemical free products and my hepa vacuum even though they had sufficient cleaning products and equipment. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. My brother who has stage 4 cancer recently moved in with us and I wanted an environment that is as clean as possible. We felt very comfortable have him move in after Sparkle had been here. Thanks to Zavius and the awesome staff.

I must take the time to say how extremely pleased we were with Sparkle TCS and their Team! I called to schedule a Post Construction Clean plus Windows on Tuesday! By Wednesday at 2pm we had an Amazing Team led by Danielle that did a fabulous job! They worked until almost dark to complete the job and we can’t be happier. Danielle was on her hands and knees cleaning the master bath floor which turned out Sparkling!
This house has a walkout basement with many windows. Nathan was so professional and got right to work cleaning the glass & screens on all 3 floors!

The team just left and I just can't say enough on how beautiful and clean the house is. Both ladies were so fun, talkative, funny, and made the experience very nice. We were gone most of the time and came back to such a clean house. Such a relief as we just didnt have time with 20 family members coming in for a wedding. We will use Sparkle again for sure.

The Sparkle team did a tremendous job cleaning our condo between tenants! They cleaned the place from top to bottom in just a few hours. Our condo truly had a Sparkle when they were finished and my wife and I couldn’t be more pleased.

We’ve used other cleaning services in the past and this is by far the best experience that we’ve had. We will be using them for all future cleaning needs.

I am a single mom who work full time, full time student, and want time for my kiddos as well. Sparkle clean was by far had the best price and service! They had Berta come by within a couple of days and did an amazing job! The owner was super responsive and communicated when needed. I would Highly recommend them!

Oh my, WOW, just WOW! The cleaning professionals did such a great job on my move out cleaning. I never expected the apartment to look brand new.
