Diagnosed the system, took pics and explained solution. Gave price upfront, and completed repair. They were respectful, courteous, and affordable.

Working with this company is as pleasant as it could possibly be. I will always use Cruz Control / José and his family for my rental properties’ air maintenance needs and emergencies. Jose takes the time to explain what is being checked & tested, shows me the read outs and explains what they should be versus what they are, takes other pictures and videos for explanation, has extensive documentation on what’s been done and what may be coming in the future... it’s really very comprehensive. Jose, his brother & son are great communicators and professional. They tidy up after their work. They also understand the criticality of no AC in Texas and have always come out same-day. I couldn’t ask for much more. I used to use Choice Air & had a recent emergency where my tenant family didn’t have AC for five days because Choice Air couldn’t fix the issue, couldn’t find the part, brought the wrong part, etc., etc. I put the family up in a hotel because Choice Air couldn’t get it fixed. I found Cruz Control through a referral, he came out that day after hours, had it fixed the next morning when the parts supplier opened. What a life saver! Thank you!

These guys were professional and efficient. They came out within 3 hours of initial contact and had our a/c back up and running within an hour. I found them from great facebook feedback. I would not hesitate to use them again.

there should be a 10 star rating available for Cruz Control. I have never had to maintain an AC unit alone but know that I will never call anyone else the next time I need anything heat or AC related. I noticed a small issue earlier today and called Cruz Control. I spoke with Mr. Cruz himself. He and his son Ben were able to come out a little while ago and he went through everything that he checked and in terms I understood. They could not have been more courteous or professional. I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on and am assured that I now have an amazing AC company!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!

Our local neighborhood Facebook group recommended Cruz Control and we called them out today to get a second opinion after the first company only tried to get us to buy a new unit. They were professional, friendly, informative and got it back and running without pushing a new unit on us. Highly recommend!

Jose came to the rescue today! Our AC stopped blowing cold air and I was living in hell for a whole day waiting on the warranty company to do their thing. I called Cruz Control and he came within the hour. Fixed the problem at a reasonable price and even waived his housing-call fee! Great service. Can’t recommend him enough!

Awesome service! I can always rely on Jose to be available whenever needed. Jose is was very thorough in his inspection and explanation for what was wrong with our HVAC unit. He ended up having to replace the entire unit but gave us a great price. They were timely in their arrival and finished their work within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!!!

Wow this company is amazing . I had a company to come out to check my dad’s AC unit . My dad is elderly so I facilitate his business . So many people try to take advantage of the elderly . The first company I called did just that over priced my dad and wanted him to pay for services that weren’t needed ,therefore I wanted to get a second opinion . My best friend stated she used Cruz Control . I called them, they came out immediately . He and his son were very nice and professional . He was very thorough and explained everything . The price Mr Cruz charged was no where near the price the first company charged . My father was very happy with the service and so was I . U can not go wrong hiring this company for your AC needs . There’re honest , knowledgeable , nice and extremely professional .

Cruz Control came out the same day of me contacting them. They were very knowledgeable, explained the issues my units had and got them up and running again quickly. I would definitely call them again should something else need attention. I had called a big name company for a heating issue over the winter and they just wanted to talk about replacing the whole system. I know they are a bit old but hoping to get a little more life out of them. These guys just fixed the problems for a reasonable price and did not try to sell up. Mr. Cruz is fantastic! I'm a widow and a retired teacher and live on a tight budget. He maintains my heater and air conditioning units. He came on Saturday evening and changed out my blower motor. He was here till past 10:00 PM. He is very personable, and I think he treats me like I’m his mother. Very professional, very friendly, hard worker, Family man, and an all-around great guy! I would recommend Cruz Control heating and air every time! They are the best!

Our AC was on verge of breaking today and wouldn’t cool the house. My husband remembered he saw Cruz Control Heating & Air LLC recommended by other people in our HOA group.

We called Jose at around 7:15 and he was at our doorstep before 8. EXCELLENT customer service. He was professional, efficient, and honest about what we needed. He fixed it within the 30 minutes he was here . We cannot recommend him enough. He’s gained a loyal customer and if you’re in need of heating and air services he’s definitely your guy

Jose and his son really helped us out today. They showed up quickly when I called about our AC not working on a 100 degree day. They fixed several things and explained it all in a way we understood. I really appreciated them! They are super honest and trustworthy, I thought their pricing was more than reasonable. Will be calling them again if we ever need to, and will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

We had our heating and AC systems replaced and the service was absolutely outstanding. They were very detailed and thorough during the initial inspections as well as the installation process. Great Service and very professional. A/C was on the fritz and I called Cruz Control Heating & Air and they were at my house within the hour. They completed the job within the same day which is almost unheard of. Mr. Cruz was very thorough with explaining to me what was going on with my unit and pricing. Joe and his guys are very responsive, and accommodating. Joe was quick to send his guys out to my aging mother-in-law's home to replace her broken thermostat. While there, they also took the initiative and checked and ultimately provided maintenance to her ac unit. They were very communicative with me, as I don't live in the same city and they kept me informed of the work that was needed. I want to take a minute to write a review for Cruz AC.

Jose at Cruz AC was recommended to me by my neighbor a couple years ago, when we were going through a lot of trouble with our AC unit. This was during the summer heat wave and so you can remember the demand at the time was incredibly high. I asked him if he could come out at short notice and explained to him that I had 2 kids with special needs along with a 91 year old grandmother living with us. Jose made time to come out and check what the issue was, and in full transparency told me what needed to be fixed and the cost behind it. What impressed me even further was that he took the time to mentor his son. A rare scene to find at this day and age. They completed the task and came back a couple weeks later to check their work.

Now fast forward to today. AC wasn't working this morning. Wife and kids are getting antsy with the heat and I need Jose to come by. The man texts and promptly shows up about a couple hours later on time. And again, analyzes the problem and shares in complete transparency, the issue, the work and the cost. We had a blown motor due to a wrong capacitor that was installed before we bought the house. He made sure he got the job done TODAY.

And so here I am writing this review.

Final thoughts? He's a family man that's dedicated to the residents of this community. He's punctual, transparent and won't sell you BS. (And believe me, I'm sure everyone has had their share of BS)

If those aren't the qualities you're looking for, I don't know what is.

Showed up less than one hour after calling! One HOUR! Diagnosed a clogged drain. Not only did they fix, but they gave me a way to fix myself in the future and showed me how. Also checked out the unit outside to be sure all is well. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.
