Joe was excellent in the repair of our Samsung dryer. I thought I was going to need to purchase a new one but when I explained the problem over the phone and he knew exactly what the fix was. He was able to come out the next day exactly during the timeframe he provided. My dryer is back up and running and I save a bunch of money instead of having to buy a new one.

I had a problem with my fancy dryer, which was beyond what my husband could do. I knew from experience that it would be costly to go through the store that makes this brand. I looked around @nd chose King Appliance Service. I booked online, they came out the next day. Diagnosed our problem in 10-15 min. Had to wait for the part to come in, but when it was delayed by a day, I received a personal call to let me know. Two days later the we’re out to fix my dryer, and it now runs like new! Very pleased with the quality of the work and at a fair price. Count me in as a new customer for my appliances! Thanks!
