When the freezer portion of my refrigerator stopped working, Matt was able to come out and take a look at it very quickly! He was friendly and communicated what the problem was while making sure that all of my questions were answered. While my refrigerator was unfortunately not worth repairing, I will definitely be giving Matt a call for any future appliance issues I have!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling last night and I called Matt and he was out within a few hours. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to diagnose the problem immediately.
