We moved to the San Antonio area almost six years ago. Our lovely 1930’s home had been totally remodeled. But there were a few more ideas we had to customize it even more.
We were new to town, so I reached out for recommendations for a contractor. Locke Construction came highly recommended.
I called Alan Locke to discuss a course of action to build a deck for the back yard.
The entire process was seamless, precisely what we wanted and constructed beautifully.The craftsmanship was impressive.
Over the next few years, Alan has helped up fix and repair a water leak and its damage. Locke Construction plugged squirrel damage, painted trim, completed an extensive electrical project and so much more.
Alan has become my “go to” for a trusted contractor who delivers excellence and on-time results!

Because of Locke Construction, I now have the dream bathroom I always wanted. Alan was very easy to work with , gave great ideas , worked with me on my ideas and he has a very talented crew. They communicated well and I cannot be more pleased with the results. I will call Alan on my next project!

I'd give negative stars if possible. Our company sold and installed beautiful high end cabinets at a customers home on behalf of Alan Locke in June to July 2025. We completed the job in July with a promise that once he was paid by the customer, then he would take care of his outstanding balance. As of now we were only paid 3/4 of the cabinets and nothing for our labor, leaving us (A small family owned business) with a balance owed to us of $6,722.15. Alan claimed he was shorted by the client, but I've confirmed with said client he was paid in full. I just wanted to put this out there for the people considering hiring him, try someone more reputable and honest.

Driver of truck # 8044 was speeding down wetmore and almost tried to run me off the road .I guess it was time to go home. I'm angry but lucky to make it home .

So here I am on Friday night at 2100 hrs needing gas, I pull up to an Exxon in New Braunfels with one of your company vehicles there where a service guy is looking at a pump that has been placed out of service. He's talking on the phone and the entire time I'm filling up and every other word out of his mouth is mother f this and pieces of sh to work on and God da this. As a service professional I would never speak in a manner like this where potential customers are or even in my uniform. Employees are perceived as a direct reflection of the company and appearance is key. If your not going to be a professional while at work you shouldn't be there. I took a picture of him and his van. With photo and video everywhere today it should be key that employees act properly while on the job. Everyone is eager to post on facebook.

Best of the best! These guys go the extra mile every time. You can expect professional service from their construction, electrical, and certified service technicians. A no excuse, get the job done right kinda company.

Call and begged us to check out our renovation ideas. He told me he would get back with me in a few days with a quote. It’s been four weeks no response..

I made an appointment and they never showed up; no call, no message, nothing, they just thaught that wasn't that good idea like when they took the call, so.. If they don't care the 1st appointment, picture the rest of the project..

Owner showed to get the job but NEVER revisited the site and took his sub-contractors word over the customer. Didn’t even show after property owner flew into town. This job was poorly done with many issues. Halfway through the job owner indicated O’Leary Const Svs could fix everything in the shower but “we don’t do shower doors”. Even though, it was a critical part of the bid to get the job. Last, informed owner am that finished shower floor doesn’t even slope to the drain. No response...standing water in a shower. Recommend hold last payment and proceed with caution and a knowledgeable inspector.

Mike has done some phenomenal work for me. He remodeled a bath with major plumbing relocated. Details were excellent. He then painted the outside of my house where the prep details showed the extra work on the outcome. Call him. You won’t be sorry.

Mike O'Leary Construction Services is a great company!!! They are very professional. Everyone is so nice from the office staff to the field workers. They do amazing work on all of there job sites and make dreams a reality. Will definitely recommend for years to come!!!!

If you are serious about your project, I would not recommend Mike O’Leary Construction. Extremely unprofessional service. Waited over an hour at the site for initial estimating and no one from their end ever showed up or called; hence, wasting my time. Time is money in this business and when you don’t have time to waste go with another company that values your time and is professional and serious about their work. Tons of other qualified options in the city.
