Absolutely will not ever recommend this company. 4 years after we spent in excess of $15k for a deck, we are having to have it completely removed and replaced. Shortcuts were taken and all of the “supports” fell because they were place on blocks instead of being sunk in the ground. The whole deck fell 3-6” (depending on section) and the only reason it didn’t collapse was because the deck ended up resting on the existing concrete steps. Terrifying. What a horrible waste of money.

Awhile ago had issues with locks in my house, windows and doors, specially that my little kiddo likes to be running outside all the time it was scary for me, Sam made my house a safe home, he install safety locks for my windows and doors. Thank you for all you do, I highly recommend him.

I have had repair service with Sam Construction countless times. I had electrical, roof repairs, window replacements, awning work, toilet replacement, plumbing, services, deck work and others I don't remember them all. Each time I've called, Sam Construction finds a way to quickly assist with needed repairs.
Sam Construction even came on a holiday when we had a water leak. Their manner is professional, and their work is reliable. They are very neat during repair and they clean up afterwards. They are excellent in keeping their appointments

Peniel construction is great for all of your home needs from electrical services to bathroom remodeling!

We used TLC’s services in conjunction with a new countertop install for our kitchen from Granite Brothers (see our separate review!). We were very happy that TLC works closely with Granite Brothers, so we didn’t have to go out and hire our own plumber for example. Instead, TLC handled everything on our project that wasn’t directly related to the countertops: sink disconnect and install, tile backsplash, even a new range hood install. This was very convenient and a major selling point for our choice of contractor. We were very pleased with the service, even when there was a glitch or two (which they were able to address promptly). Recommended!
