Bottom line: this business skirted responsibilities, was intentionally vague in a quote, and was borderline unethical in the handling of the job. Things started off promising - Nadia was friendly and informative, and did a good job selling me on her business practices. After getting competing quotes, DNS came in lowest, but the written quote I received was very vague, so I had Nadia come back out to discuss what the quote included, and we talked verbally about my concerns about water drainage in particular. She assured me that her team would take care of it. I took it for granted that I would get what was verbally promised, and didn’t get it written into the quote. Surprise, the water drainage is still a huge issue, and when I wrote to request that it be fixed, I received the email I attached. Dodging responsibility. The work quality is okay, but if you decide to use this company be VERY SURE to get everything IN WRITING. By the way, make sure your quote is all in (i.e. includes taxes)... my final invoice was almost $400 more than I agreed to because when Nadia said “I’ll do it for $4000” no one specified if that included taxes and fees, and the quote doesn’t say either.
We highly recommend DNS for any landscaping needs. Nadia is so knowledgeable as well as professional. Mona is fantastic working out the logistics and our project was completed in a timely manner with wonderful results. We will definitely have all of our future landscaping projects completed and planned with DNS.
Very happy with the work Nadia and her team did on my backyard xeriscape project. She took me through the whole thing from start to finish offering layout ideas, providing sketches and then making sure everything was done right. Never felt pressured. I plan to have her do the front yard soon.
Poor quality work. Didn't communicate when they were changing things. They pulled a cable out of the ground that they didn't know what it was for then refused to put it back because it may be electrical. Not sure why they even touched it to began with. They installed a drainage system and did not connect one of the gutter spouts that they said they were going to and did not tell me. When I asked. Nadia's excuse is that they had electrical flags by that spout yet they dug the pop up drain not far from it. They put tiny flagstone for my walking path instead of the medium sized ones. They did patch like work on the concrete slab they poured. And I have standing water on it now cause part of it dips. And Nadia said not to contact them again and that they would cease all communication with me. I am suppose to have a 1 year warranty on my drainage system. Not sure how that is going to work. **No one called me and I have not changed my number. ** I have noticed the pressure on the sprinkler s in my back yard have low pressure. I noticed that the irrigation license listed on their website is not their license. I also found more areas in the yard where the cable was hidden under rock instead of being put back.
DNS did a great job on our lawn. Very well priced and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing new sod and irrigation needs.
I had a very large residential job I needed to get right and DNS delivered. Nadia and her team's knowledge of what needed to get done was spot on and she did everything she said she would do and more. I would recommend DNS to anyone needing major or minor landscape design projects. I am very happy with their services.
