I needed a fan repair and could NOT get Hunter Fans to recommend a repair company ... so strange, I tried multiple times. Anyway, I called All Star Electric and immediately talked with a person (Brooke) who was extremely helpful with a convenient repair time and identifying the replacement part so it could be a one visit repair. A technician named Bob came out who could not have been more professional and a first rate trouble shooter. The price was fair and matched the quote given despite complications that had to do with Hunter Fans and out of the control of All Star Electric. I will use them again if I can get Bob ... ask for him!! Vr

We woke up one morning to find that our outdoor Christmas lights weren't working. No circuit breaker had tripped and all the other sockets in the house were working. I called a competitor and was told they could come for $175 which included the first hour and that parts would be additional. Each additional 1/2 hour would cost $75. So, I decided to call All Star Electric and I'm really happy that I did. I spoke to a very helpful and friendly electrician who told that all I needed to do is pop a reset button which was on the same wall close to the circuit breaker. I popped the reset button and sure enough the socket works again. These guys are very honest and helpful. If you need an electrician, you should choose these guys. Thank you!

I called several electricians in the area to come and replace 4 ballasts in the office. Only All Star Electric returned my call immediately and showed up when they said they would. The electrician was knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned up after himself as well. The bill was extremely reasonable. Every time I need a job done, small or large, they fit me into their busy schedule. I would definitely recommend All Star Electric.

I was very pleased with the work that Chris did for us; he gave us some ideas about replacing kitchen lights, a quote, and then replaced the GFCI outlet in our garage. He made sure all the outdoor outlets worked and even replaced a cover that broke because it was so old.

They responded quickly. I appreciated that they moved my appointment up when an opening became available. The workers were friendly and professional and explained all of the work they did. I will definitely be using them again.

We hired All Star to install a battery car charger. They were prompt in their communication, fair in their pricing, and professional in their workmanship. We are pleased with our experience. I would recommend this company to anyone getting a Tesla charger installed.

I had 2 ceiling fans installed when the technician finish one pole turned out to be longer than the other down rod. The ceiling fans were side by side so of course it was very noticeable. When the technician told me he was finished I came to see the finished product and I ask him is one hanging lower than the other one he told me yes it appears one of the downrods had been cut. As you can imagine… say what??? So why didn’t you tell me before you completed the job. Ok so I called the company All star Electric and told them what happened and ask them can they give me a break on sending someone else out to correct the job and maybe charge me half the price I already paid. Her response well the technician did nothing wrong… no but he should have told me before he completed the job a blind man could see the difference in the lengths. Then she went on to say for me to call Lowe’s since I purchased them through Lowe’s and set up the installation through them. That is another long story in itself. Needless to say I did not call Lowe’s it wasn’t their issue. I called another company to come out and cut the pole and reinstall the fan which cost me more money. I would not recommend Allstar electric because they don’t stand behind their work they want to pass the buck. Very dissatisfied with my installation project.

All Star Electric stepped up big time . After getting quoted nearly $800 by another company I called All Star and they did my work for less than half the price . The best part was they seemed to be the only company that worked with me on giving me a quote over the phone . Every other company I called wanted to send someone out to my house to give me a quote (so they can try to sell you in person ) . All Star helped me over the phone and came and did the work the next day . 5 stars for sure and I will be using them from now on . The lady who helped me I forgot her name was super sweet and helpful too. Thanks All Star !

I purchased my house in 1979. It had the fuse boxes that were probably from the time it was built in 1956. I needed the panel replaced and had 5 quotes for the work. All companies proposed exactly the same work that needed to be done, but the prices varied tremendously. There was one lower quote, but they listed some exclusions. The others were all more than double of what All Star Electric had quoted. Bradley and Robert had checked everything inside and outside. When Adan sent their estimate I had various questions and the Owner, Richard Grohman visited personally and explained everything again. They started and finished their job just like they had promised, all in one day. The inside panel is a different size than the old one. No patching was needed. Nobody could have done a better job than they did. Outside and on the roof everything was accomplished properly, all work was completed at the end of the workday and the work areas were left clean. They even gave me a 10% Senior Discount. I would recommend All Star Electric to everybody and I will definitely hire them to do any electrical work I might need in the future.

Chris came through and installed a designated circuit for my treadmill. He was very detailed as to the work required and what would be best for us. Fast response and up front pricing. We had a recent home inspection and the owner Rick explained exactly what was needed to ensure the house was in a safe condition. All Star communicated the date and time when the power would be turned off to complete the work and had everything done before the estimated completion time. Recommend their services to all of our friends.

Two of my circuit breakers went out. I decided to go on the BBB to get a reputable electrician.

The receptionist was professional and courteous. I was able to make a same day appointment. The electrician was running ahead of time, professional, and efficient.
The company honored the Military discount and also took $10.00 off for the review. Plus there is a 2yr warranty on their parts.

I will use their services again in the future.

The technician Chris called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, showed up on time and was professional, kind and efficient in installing my Tesla charger in my garage finishing about an hour sooner than expected. Explained how everything worked as well and what to expect. Left a clean and smooth installation of breaker and cable running to the garage on exterior of home, very satisfied. Glad I’ll be saving money and countless accumulated hours not having to charge outside my home now!

Chris came same-day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and stayed with the HVAC person to fix what ended up being an electric issue with the HVAC until the job was done safely. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
