I bought a ring doorbell with a couple of accessories and asked Mr Electric to install them for me. Mr Electric sent their best technician Matt to help me. I am so very happy with the job Matt did. First of all I am disabled with a tight schedule. The staff coordinated with me to fit my schedule. Matt was prompt, friendly and was so very good at explaining how to use the system. He set everything up, made sure all the components worked and made sure I was happy and was comfortable using the system. I give Mr Electric and Matt my highest recommendation and highest praise. The technician was fantastic. He assessed the problem and recommended replacing the light with an updated one which he did and then proceeded to perform a complete safety check of the whole house.

Kenny, was especially helpful when we lost power in a utility room. It was a simple fix he was on time, courteous and friendly would recommend him and ask for him in future projects

We had a GFCI that would not reset we called Mr. Electric of San Antonio and they sent out an Excellent professional electrician named Matthew. He arrived on time and respected our home by wearing shoe covers when coming in and out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed us exactly what was happening. It was a simple fix and even gave me the option of fixing it myself after showing me how. With such honesty I told him I'd prefer he fix it and I would pay. I was very happy that I was given a choice because of the simplicity of the repair. I was so impressed at his briefing on the whole home surge protector that I went ahead and had him install the Arc-Tech Pro device on my main power line. It was just an excellent experience and educational at the same time. Mr. Electric as a matter of normal operations conducts a home electrical safety inspection and provides a copy to the homeowner along with recommendations to address any issues. I highly recommend this company and especially Matthew. I will be using Mr. Electric to run a separate 30 amp circuit to my patio for a future hot tub install as they can be trusted to do the job right and with a fair price.

This was the second major electrical job that Mr. Electric performed for my home. My Electrician, Tyson, was excellent. Tyson thoroughly explained all of the hows and whys for each of the issues he worked on. I will use Mr. Electric for future electrical needs at my home, and have already recommended Tyson to two of my neighbors who inquired about my satisfaction with his skills as an Electrician, and with Mr. Electric.

As with any service, you ask yourself, "Was it worth it? Did I get value?" This week the answer is an unequivocal yes. John Kesl and Mr. Electric delivered the value. A tree limb fell in my yard, took out my power line and destroyed the breaker box and meter. John replaced the box and clean up the rat's nest of wire that comes from 70 years of add-ons. Thank you for making my house right again.

The technician was kind, efficient and very professional. The price seemed a bit high, but it is important to me to have a company that will be there for you should any issues arise. I will use Mr. Electric again and I am guaranteed to have the same technician, which is a bonus to me.

The electrician who came to our house, Jason Gutierez, was a very knowledgeable technician. He informed us of the likely causes of the problem that we had and gave us several solutions as well as provided the prices for those solutions. Jason was very courteous, professional and thorough.

Matthew was fantastic! I called because the light on my whole-home surge protector had gone out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. Not only did he fix the problem by redoing the configuration, but he also went above and beyond by identifying and repairing a loose wire in my circuit breaker. That fix restored power to several outlets, including those in the front living room and the outdoor outlet near the front door.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I’m extremely grateful for his expertise and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done right the first time.
