I was recommended to this electric store by a peer .The San Antonio rigsby location I had went back the first time for help and a worker recommended me to cut the breaker with a dermal tool to fit into the slot ,which is very unprofessional and shouldn’t have been recommended in the first place.So they sold me a breaker but wouldn’t accept a exchange for the correct parts I needed.I couldn’t even use the part they originally sold me cause it wasn’t the right fit they said since I “used” it they couldn’t do a exchange but the part never fit in the first place.At the end of the day don’t shop with them because they aren’t in favor for the customer. I was definitely planning on doing tons of business together but since they aren’t for the customer. I no longer wanna deal with them I’m not sure how other locations are but for a fact that one isn’t good . I honestly feel like they just didn’t wanna deal with me and didn’t wanna have to take anything back after they got paid .

Had an emergency on a Saturday after they closed. I called and Will the store manager picked up. He agreed to open the store for me so that I could get the equipment that I needed. Thank you, Will, I was able to get my business back up and running for the weekend.

I have never ever seen dedication like from these guys. Mind blowing would complete my recommendation.
